Results Among 70 strains of Staphylococcus spp., 56 strains were positive Staphylococcus coagulase gene with PCR; the same 56 strains were also positive with latex agglutination test; 54 of which were positive with tube test method, 2 strains were false negative; strong positive were detected with slide method, all these 56 strains were identified as Staphylococcus aureus by VITEK-Ⅱ automatic analyzer.

In this study,we focus on the interaction between nuclear modifier gene MTO2 and aminoglycosides,and have received the following innovations.1,We here report first that the knockout of MTO2 significantly inhibited mtDNA p_(454)~R mutant's sensitivity to aminoglycoside antibiotics.Here are the results:(1)In neomycin GYP medium,when mitochondria genes were wild type,whether MTO2 knockout or not,the growth of yeast strains has no significant difference;when mitochondria genes were complete deletion,whether MTO2 knockout or not,the growth of yeast strains also has no significant difference;Interesting,when mtDNA P_(454)~R,wild-type MTO2 strains were hardly survival in neomycin GYP medium,but the growth of MTO2 knockout strains were only partly inhibited,there was a significant difference performance of neomycin sensitivity between them.

具体结果如下：(1)在含有新霉素的葡萄糖培养基上，mtDNA为野生型、MTO2敲除与否，相应的酵母菌株的生长没有显著差异；mtDNA完全缺失、MTO2敲除与否，相应的酵母菌株的生长也没有显著差异；然而，当mtDNA存在P_(454)~R突变时，MTO2野生型菌株几乎完全不能生长，而MTO2敲除菌株的生长只受到部分抑制，表现二者对新霉素的敏感性存在显著差异。

Bacterial strains were isolated from humus mud by employing the dilution methods. Seven cellulose-degradation Strains marked as B-37, B-35,B-31, B-25, B-17, Z-a, and Z-b were selected according to the hyaloid rings on the medium of carboxymethylcellulose sodium Congo red and their efficacy of decomposing filter paper. Z-b had the strongest ability in decomposing filter paper among the seven strains and 16S rDNA analyzed indecated that it was Stenotroplaomnonas maltophilia owning to 99.8% homology. Comparing clony size of the seven strains in media with different carbohydrates and inorganic salt, we found that the potato extract and inorganic salt which contained CaCl2 0.20, MgSO4 1.25, NaCl5.00,(NH4) SO4 1.30, KH2 PO4 1.35, FeSO47H2O 0.015, Na-EDTA 0.02 were suitable for the bacteria growth.

RESULTS Among 327 specimens, cultures were positive in 320(97.9%),included 328 aerobe strains and 436 anaerobe strains.Most of the pathogenic bacteria were Gram negative.In aerobes,E.coli was the first (176 strains),while bacteroides were the first(216 strains) for anaerobes. In the positive cases, aerobic and anaerobic mixed infection were 64.7% while unitary aerobic and unitary anaerobic infection were only 25% and 10.3%, respectively.The drug sensitive rate of aerobes to the third generation cephalosporine was exceed 90%.The drug sensitive rate to metronidazole was 97.9%.

方法1、药敏实验和三维实验收集2003～2007年临床分离的220株Pa，对这些菌株采用K-B法测定10种临床常用抗生素的药敏情况，同时采用琼脂稀释法检测亚胺培南的最低抑菌浓度(Minimal inhibitory concentration，MIC)，筛选出对亚胺培南耐药的铜绿假单胞菌，并分析其对其它抗生素的药物敏感率；采用三维实验的方法分析220株Pa产β内酰胺酶的类型。2、碳青霉烯类水解酶和oprD2蛋白的检测针对鉴定的IRPa菌株，采用普通PCR方法检测具有碳青霉烯水解作用的β内酰胺酶耐药基因(GES、KPC、SPM、VIM、IMP、GIM基因)和oprD2基因，采用多重PCR的方法检测OXA型基因和质粒携带的AmpC酶基因，用荧光定量RT-PCR方法检测oprD2蛋白基因表达情况；同时对产AmpC酶的Pa(25株，含IMP耐药和敏感株)用RT-PCR方法检测AmpC酶基因的表达量情况。3。

Results After 4 hours of test, the non-epidemic strains became positive and the average growth density of the non-epidemic strains was higher than that of the epidemic strains; however, some were still lower than the epidemic strains. The purpose of the research was to obtain bacterial polyhydroxyalkanoic acids producers with good characters. With bottom sludge from Donghu Lake, bum soil from hillside, fertile vegetable soil and oil-soaked soil as initial samples, the bacterial strains with ability of synthesizing PHAs were screened not through enriching, isolation and purification, staining with Sudan black B and qualitative and quantitative analyses by infrared spectroscopy and gas chromatography. The results of staining with Sudan black B showed that there were 3 strains with ability of synthesizing PHAs among the 12 isolated strains and their numbers were Zj-5, Zj-8 and Zj-9 resp. All the 3 strains took on adsorption peaks at the points near 1741 cm^(-1) and the infrared spectrums of the strains Zj-8 and Zj-9 were similar.
