Chapter3, first of all, sums up the theories concerning about ideology control since the founding of People's republic and clarifies the disputes between various theories. It holds the point that the attitude to trivialize or overemphasize is wrong , neither of which is advisable. On the issue of ideology control,both the extreme and conservative ways should be abandoned.
