By non-enhancement scan, 12 cases showed low density mass, 4 cases equal density mass, 1 case slightly high density mass, and 2 cases stippled calcification mass. By enhancement scan, 13 cases showed inhomogenous enhancement in cortical phase, 2 cases showed slight to moderate enhancement. Another 2 cases of small cystic RCC presented enhancement of wall with nodules and the partition. The enhancement of all tumor cases faded away in the following parenchymal phase and pyelographic phase, demonstrating some degrees of "fast washing out" phenomenon; 4 cases presented with pseudocapsule. The reconstruction of 17 "MPR/MIP" and 9 "VR" showed clearly the relations of kidney vessels, tumors and neighbor tissues and accessory renal arteries were founded in 2 cases.

结果：17例中小实性肾癌15例，小囊性肾癌2例；CT平扫呈低密度12例，等密度4例，稍高密度1例，伴有斑点状钙化2例；增强扫描皮质期13例呈不均匀明显强化，2例呈轻中度强化，另2例小囊性肾癌的囊壁、壁结节及囊内分隔明显强化；实质期、肾盂期扫描所有肿瘤强化均迅速减退，呈&快进快退&改变；4例可见假包膜。17例MPR/MIP、9例VR重建均能清楚显示肾血管、肿瘤与邻近组织的关系，并发现副肾动脉2例。

Results Among all 25 cases of lymphangioma,Within 20 cases of cystic lymphangioma,single cyst was showed in 14 cases and multilocular cyst was showed in 6 cases in plain scan,and little enhancement of capsule wall and septal in 8 cases in enhancement scanning. Cystic-solid mass was showed in 4 cases of cavernoma lymphangioma in plain scan,and solid part of mass was enhanced obviously in enhancement scanning.1 capillary ymphangioma showed the skin and hypodermic thicking,and part of area showed little beehive-like feature. Enhancement scanning showed slight irregularity enhancement.

结果 25例淋巴管瘤中20例囊性淋巴管瘤，CT平扫14例表现为单一囊肿，6例表现为多房性囊肿，囊腔内见有分隔；增强扫描8例出现囊壁或间隔的轻微强化。4例海绵状淋巴管瘤平扫均表现为囊实性肿块，增强检查实性部分有明显分期增强；1例毛细管型淋巴管瘤表现为局部皮肤及皮下组织的增厚，部分区域见有小蜂房样表现，增强扫描见有轻度不规则强化。

Results All focuses of infection lay in edge of liver,displaying sector sign,sector enhancement,separating enhancement,delayed enhancement and petallike sign were found in turn during arteral phase,venous phase and delayed phase by MR dynamic enhancement scanning.

Methods mri findings in 13 atypical hepatic abscess patients which were proven by pothology and clinical were retrospectively analysed.results all focuses of infection lay in edge of liver,displaying sector sign,sector enhancement,separating enhancement,delayed enhancement and petallike sign were found in turn during arteral phase,venous phase and delayed phase by mr dynamic enhancement scanning.conclusion the authors believed that the above mentioned are characteristic features of atypical hepatic abscess on low field of mr .

回顾性分析13例经病理、临床证实为不典型肝脓肿的mri表现。结果①所有病灶均位于肝脏边缘部分；②楔形征像；③在增强扫描的动脉期、静脉期和延迟期分别依次出现楔形强化、分隔状强化和延迟强化、&花瓣&征。

通过造影后的表现还可明确提示以下几个方面：（1）肿块内的坏死区；（2）在延迟相发现了肝内小转移灶，从而改变了临床治疗方案；（3）滋养动脉的显示；（4）门脉内栓子的鉴别诊断。36个转移性肝癌病灶分为少血供转移癌组和多血供转移癌组。6例肝血管瘤中5例均表现为向心性环行持续缓慢充填，另一例9mm的小血管瘤表现为完全、快速向心填充。

The enhancement pattern of 6 liver metastasis was diverse,including peripheral or entire degree enhancement in the arterial or portal phase with slow or fast wash-out. The 6 cases of hemangioma were enhanced centripetally in portal phase and washed out after several minutes and the other 2 nodule cases with entire enhancement.

结果］14例原发肝癌中10例呈典型表现，为"快进快出"。6例肝转移癌表现多样，动脉期可呈环形或整体增强，肝恶性肿瘤的消退时间早于其他肝脏局灶性病变（P＜0.05），门脉期或延迟期表现为相对低回声。6例肝血管瘤有其特有征象动脉期开始缓慢向心性结节环形增，持续数分钟后才消退。
