RESULTS:①The myelography and CTM revealed that factors contributing to DLSS included not only zygapophysial joint hyperplasy, hypertrophic ligamentum flavum and intervertebral disc protrution which resulted in degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis, but also zygapophysial joint semiluxation and pedicle shift.

结果：①脊髓造影与CT脊髓造影的表现：DLSS对硬膜囊或神经根的压迫较退行性腰椎管狭窄症复杂，除与关节突肥大增生、黄韧带肥厚、椎间盘退变突出有关外，还与关节突关节半脱位、椎弓根移位压迫神经根等因素有关。

Results:In experimental group,only 1 patient suffered from sigmoidostomic stenosis.The incidence rate of complications caused by sigmoidostomy was 3.3% and 26 patients (86.7%) got feel of defecation.In control group,the incidence rate of complications caused by sigmoidostomy was much higher (20.0%) and only 8 patients (26.7%) got feel of defecation.

结果：实验组30例中，1例发生造口狭窄，无其他造口并发症发生，并发症发生率为3.3%，26例获排便感（86.7%）；对照组30例中，发生造口狭窄1例、造口回缩1例，造口处切口疝1例、肠脱垂2例、腹内疝1例，并发症发生率为20.0%，8例有排便感（26.7%）。

Results Compared with percutaneous coronary angiography,the sensitivity of sixteen slice sparil CT in diagnosing moderate and severe coronary stenosis was 83.33%,and the specificness,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and degree of accuracy was 91.40%,85.59%,89.95% and 83.33% respectively.

对16层螺旋CT显示冠状动脉狭窄和经皮选择性冠状动脉造影显示冠状动脉狭窄进行定量评价。以经皮选择性冠状动脉造影结果作为诊断的金标准。计算出16层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像对冠状动脉狭窄的诊断准确性指标。

Results Compared with percutaneous coronary angiography,the sensitivity of sixteen slice sparil CT in diagnosing moderate and severe coronary stenosis was 83.05%,and the specificness,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and degree of accuracy was 95.97%,89.09%,93.46% and 92.31% respectively.

结果 16层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影对照经皮选择性冠状动脉造影对冠状动脉中、重度狭窄显示的对照结果：敏感性83.05%、特异性95.97%、阳性预测值89.09%、阴性预测值93.46%、准确度92.31%。结论 16层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影对心电图正常的胸痛患者具有良好的诊断价值，并可对冠状动脉形态学进行良好的评价，从而进行介入治疗的筛选。
