Summary of Background Data. We present 2 cases of elderly females who had lumbar compression fractures with back pain, radicular pain and spinal stenosis.

背景资料小结：描述一下我们收治了的两位老年女性患者，她们都有腰椎压缩骨折表现为背痛、神经根疼痛和椎管狭窄。

The clinic symptom of the 5 cases with left ventricular dysfunction and 2 of the 3 cases with cardiogenic shock were obviously improved, 1 case(2.5%) with cardiogenic shock was dead in hospital.

结果 40例患者中的45支梗塞相关血管获得再通，成功率达95.2%(40/42)，均达到TIMI-3级血流灌注，再通血管残余狭窄0%～20%。5例合并左心功能不全(Killip分级Ⅱ～Ⅲ级)及3例合并心源性休克患者术后症状明显改善，住院期间1例死亡(病死率2.5%)。

RESULTS:①The myelography and CTM revealed that factors contributing to DLSS included not only zygapophysial joint hyperplasy, hypertrophic ligamentum flavum and intervertebral disc protrution which resulted in degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis, but also zygapophysial joint semiluxation and pedicle shift.

结果：①脊髓造影与CT脊髓造影的表现：DLSS对硬膜囊或神经根的压迫较退行性腰椎管狭窄症复杂，除与关节突肥大增生、黄韧带肥厚、椎间盘退变突出有关外，还与关节突关节半脱位、椎弓根移位压迫神经根等因素有关。

Results:In experimental group,only 1 patient suffered from sigmoidostomic stenosis.The incidence rate of complications caused by sigmoidostomy was 3.3% and 26 patients (86.7%) got feel of defecation.In control group,the incidence rate of complications caused by sigmoidostomy was much higher (20.0%) and only 8 patients (26.7%) got feel of defecation.

结果：实验组30例中，1例发生造口狭窄，无其他造口并发症发生，并发症发生率为3.3%，26例获排便感（86.7%）；对照组30例中，发生造口狭窄1例、造口回缩1例，造口处切口疝1例、肠脱垂2例、腹内疝1例，并发症发生率为20.0%，8例有排便感（26.7%）。
