METHODS: A total of 140 subjects with bilateral knee OA were randomized sequentially into 4 groups (groups I-IV). Group I received isokinetic exercises; group II received isokinetic exercise and pulse ultrasound for periarticular soft tissue pain; group III received isokinetic exercise, pulse ultrasound, and intraarticular hyaluronan therapy; and group IV acted as the control group.

结果 D组神经功能缺损评分(41.50±8.18)明显低于A组(82.20±8.08)、B组(63.60±6.22)和C组(61.00±6.58)（均P.01）；光镜下D组神经细胞核轻度皱缩，细胞周围间隙大致正常，神经纤维网疏程度不严重；电镜下D组神经元轻度变性，细胞核无皱缩，核膜完整，线粒体轻度肿胀；脑组织病理损害程度较B组和C组明显减轻。

Result: the clinical therapeutic effectof experimental group, was more significant than control group who only underwent external radiation or afterloading intracavitary radiotherapy ,and the adverse reaction of control group exe; the radiation proctitis was more significant than experimental group; compare,58 cases in the experimental group complete the radiotherapy successfully.

结果：58例直肠癌病人采用外照射加后装腔内放疗的治疗效果优于单纯外照射或后装腔内放疗，其临床不良反应，特别是放射性直肠炎，较单纯外照射明显。实验组通过中药保留灌肠清洁肠道、温水坐浴等整体护理，不良反应较未采用整体护理的对照组明显减少， 58例病人均能按计划完成放射治疗。

The results showed that 105pfu/mLBdSA12 group, neomycin group and the health group had no shift of S. pullorum, one broiler in 103pfu/mL BdSA12 group had S. pullorum"s shift, all broilers of infected and non-cure group had S. pullorum"s shift.
