Methods: A retrospective study was performed including 397 women treated with IVF-ET with unilateral/bilateral salpingectomy or salpingoplasty for ectopic pregnancy or salpingemphraxis and patients with tubal infertility with existing salpinx. A total of 116 women with history of unilateral (n=70, group A) or bilateral (n=46, group B) received salpingectomy; 60 women with history of unilateral (n=27, group C) or bilateral (n=33, group D) receivedv salpingoplasty. While the remaining women, who were accomplished in the same duration, with fallopian tube obstruction but without hydrosalpinges were acted as control group (n=221, group E). The basic clinical information and ovarian response to gonadotropins were evaluated in these groups.

回顾性分析长方案超排卵IVF周期临床资料，选择397例因输卵管因素不孕患者，其中手术组176例，非手术组221例；手术组患者均因输卵管妊娠或输卵管阻塞、粘连或积水行单侧或双侧输卵管切除或输卵管修复整形手术，其中单侧输卵管切除组70例，双侧输卵管切除组46例，单侧输卵管整形组27例，双侧输卵管整形组33例；非手术组均未为双侧输卵管阻塞无积水患者，作为对照组。

The total effective rate of clinical effect was 88.1% in treatment group and 52.9% in control group. The clinical therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously better than the control group. Both groups had a notable seducement in HOMA-IR, FINS, FPG, 2 h PG, HbA1c, TG and LDL-C with an obviously improvement in ISI after the treatment. Compared with the control group, the treatment group had a significant decrease in TC and CRP with notable difference.

INTERVENTIONS: 4 vessel occlusion(4VO) brain ischemic models in rats stained with thionine staining and GFAP immunohistochemistry staining. were used. Sixty-four rats, of which bilateral vertebral arteries were occluded permanently by electrocautery, were divided into the following 8groups: sham operation group, cerebral ischemic preconditioninggroup, ischemic insult group; BIT group; MTPG + sham operation group;MTPG+BIT group; MTPG+ischemia group and -4C3HPG+BIT coup. Result: Scoliosis was identified in 58 cases with Marfan syndrome (38 males and 20 females), the prevalence rate was 42.03%, male-female sex ratio was 1.18:1, 6 cases were in younger than 10-year-old group. 12 cases were in 11~20-year-old group, 19 cases were in 21~30-year-old group, 11 cases were in 31~40-year-old group, 7 cases were in 41~50-year-old group, 3 cases were in 51~60-year-old group. Mean magnitude of kyphosis in sagittal plane was 14.3°±13.2°, 5 patients had thoracic lordosis and 40 patients had hypokyphosis and 12 patients had normal kyphosis.

Results The functions of major organs in group HVHF improved obviously,and the MODS morbidity and mortality reduced significantly,compared with that in group HVHF. ENIAF and ECKR combining activity in group HVHF decreased much slowly through the treatment or HVHF than that in group MODS(P 0.01). After hemofiltration the plasma levels of TNF α IL-1β IL-6 IL-8 in group HVHF descended significantly compared with those in group MODS (P.01).Except TNF α, IL-1β.IL-6 IL-8 and IL-10 were detectable in ultrafiltrate.
