Based on these hot and key spots in construction of high dams at present, Combining one of the 973 plan projects: Study of Global Stability of Geology Engineering System under Interaction of Several Factors(NO.2002CB412707), the dissertation mainly studies the stability anomaly and corresponding shape optimization. The main contents are as follows:The dissertation advances stability analysis method of arch dams based on arch-cantilever method, that is, the stability of arch ring and cantilever are analyzed respectively based on arch-cantilever method and corresponding formula of stability calculation is established. So the calculation methods of dam stress and stability are unified.

围绕目前高拱坝建设中的热点和重点问题，结合973计划课题：多因素相互作用下地质工程系统的整体稳定性研究(编号 2002CB412707)，重点研究高拱坝的稳定转异以及体形优化，现将主要内容归纳如下：本文提出基于拱梁分载法的拱坝稳定分析方法，即在拱梁分载法的基础上，分别分析拱圈和悬臂梁的稳定，建立相应的稳定计算公式，统一坝体结构稳定和应力计算方法。

Applying LMI technique, quadratic stability theory, and H〓 control theory, three methods of robust stability analysis and robust controller design for uncertain fuzzy systems are proposed respectively. Among them, LMI based technique can analyze the uncertainties raised in the premises and in the consequent of fuzzy systems. The resulting stabilizing state feedback controllers have maximum stability margins for both kinds of uncertainties. Quadratic stability theory based approach can apply LMI technique and other methods to design fuzzy controllers. H〓 control theory based design can get H〓 controller with constant disturbance attenuation for each local subsystem. Using the given stability criterion of generalized systems, the robust stability of fuzzy systems can be checked.

Based on the above, the author built the vehicle virtual prototyping simulating model including the front and rear suspensions, the powertrain, the steering system, the front and rear tires, wrote the driver control files(abbreviation. dcf) and driver control data files(abbreviation. dcd) for vehicle handling stability simulation analyzing according to the requirements of the current standards GB/T6323.1-94-GB/T6323.6-94 of our nation"s for vehicle controllability and stability test, carried out simulation and analyses for vehicle handling stability such as steering wheel angle step input test, returnability test, steady static circular test, pylon course slalom test and steering efforts test, and evaluated the car"s handling stability performance by scoring according to GB/T 13047-91 ?Criterion thresholds and evaluation of controllability and stability for automobiles?.

The results indicate that the effect of alloying elements V and Cr on mechanical properties at room-temperature, creep behavior and microstructures are similar. With increasing contents of V and Cr, their mechanical properties produce little change, the creep resistant property decreases and microstructure grows, which is mainly due to their characteristics of β-stability element and smaller atomic radius compared with Ti. On the contrary, the effects of V and Cr on the thermal stability are quite different. With increasing V content or decreasing Cr content the thermal stability for the alloy becomes better, which may be due to the different solution characteristics of V and Cr element in titanium alloy that V belongs to isomorphous β-stability element and Cr belongs to eutectoid β-stability element.

Later,slope cut (1:0.75) is implemented based on the engineering comparison and criterion.Meanwhile, Limit equilibrium method , Monte Carlo Probabilistic slope stability the stability , Sensitivity analysis and Finent element method of for assessing the cutted slope stability is carried out. The result indicates that Western slope is instable, Eastern slope is relatively stable.So much attention should be paid to Western slope.Different reinforcement measures in different areas are given according to its stability and meet economical request. Gravity wall is introduced in accordance with landform in order to prevent small falling at the foot of the high slope ,which will be a threat to the high slope stability. Handling measure is also applied to Eastern slope. At last,FLAC3D numerical analysis shows the feasibility and reasonableness of the handling measure of the high slope.
