We adopted Simple McGill Pain Questionair to measure pain related to cervical spondylosis, the 3rd lumbar vertebra transverse process syndrome and lumbar intervertebra disc protrusion, compared analgesia and clinical effect of EA Jiaji acupoints with regular acupoints. The result showed the analgesia effect of treatment group was better than that of control group. The cure rate of cervical spondylosis and the total effective rate of the 3rd lumbar vertebra transverse process syndrome were much higher than those of control group.

采用简化McGill疼痛量表对颈椎病、腰三横突综合症、腰椎间盘突出症疼痛进行了综合评定，并比较了电针夹脊穴与常规取穴的镇痛效果与临床疗效，结果表明电针夹脊穴组的镇痛效果均优于相应对照组，且电针夹脊穴组颈椎病的治愈率、腰三横突综合症的总有效率均优于对照组。
