Objective: The experiment will to observe: 1、the compound composed of carriers and rhBMP-2 excels or is similar to autologous iliac crest in posterolateral intertransverse spine arthrodesis in rabbits, 2、it may eliminated thd nonuions, 3、To explore the biologic process in spine arthrodesis and the role that accelaterated spine arthrodesis, 4、the roles of HA in spine fusion, by those compounds are used in posterolateral intertransverse fusion in rabbits.

目的：本实验通过rhBMP-2、HA复合物在兔子腰椎后外侧横突间融合的过程，观察了解：（1）rhBMP-2复合物在兔子腰椎后外侧横突间融合中，其作用能否优于或至少与自体髂骨相同，能否取代自体髂骨，免去取骨术。（2） rhBMP-2复合物的应用能否消除不融合的发生。（3）进一步了解脊柱融合的生物学过程，及rhBMP-2在脊柱融合生物学过程中所起的作用。（4）探讨HA在脊柱融合中的作用。

结果臀三角各边的长度分别为：髂后上棘转子间距，男(15.2±1.35) cm，女(11.5±0.72) cm；髂后上棘结节间距，男(13.3±0.87) cm，女(10.3±0.49) cm；转子结节间距，男(8.3±0.83) cm，女(5.5±0.61) cm。臀上动脉、静脉、神经出入梨状肌上孔的体表投影在髂后上棘与大转子连线中、上2/5交界处向下0～6.8 mm内；臀下动脉、静脉、神经出入梨状肌下孔处的体表投影在髂后上棘与坐骨结节连线中、下2/5处；坐骨神经出梨状肌下孔处的体表投影在坐骨结节与大转子连线中外3/5处。

Results The sympotoms of twinge , titillation , red halo ,urticaria and papular eruption were manifested on the local skin of upper limbs of volunteers after being touched by toxigenic spine of Eucleid Caterpillar . The dermatitis symptom on the skin of upper limbs of volunteers after being vaccinated directly by the abstergent liquid of toxigenic spine was similar to that of volunteers after being touched directly by toxigenic spine .

自愿者上肢皮肤被刺蛾幼虫毒刺毛触刺后，局部表现为刺痛，奇痒，红晕，风团，丘疹等；接种毒刺毛洗脱液后，自愿者上肢皮肤所出现的皮炎症状与毒刺毛触刺皮肤后出现的皮炎症状相似；而加热后再接种自愿者上肢皮肤，则不出现上述皮炎症状。

Results:When unilateral anterior superior iliac spine loaded by transient stress,0-10 ms,stress distributed from posterior superior iliac spine to anterior superior iliac spine,and on the last 10 ms,there were greater stress distribution around cacroiliac joint,acetabulum and pubic branch.When unilateral positive backside of ilium loaded,between 0 ms and 20 ms,stress transmitted along vertical direction of ilium,and after 20 ms,there were greater stress distribution on cacroiliac joint,both pubic branch,ischium branch and acetabulum.

结果：冲击载荷作用于单侧髂前上棘时，0～10ms主要的应力沿髂后上棘到髂前上棘分布，在冲击后期10ms以后，骶髂关节、髋臼和耻骨支都会产生较大的应力分布；作用于单侧髂骨正后方部位时，0～20ms主要的应力沿髂骨纵行传导，应力分布并没有在冲击峰值10ms时达到最大，而是从20ms之后，应力开始向骶髂关节、双侧耻骨支、坐骨支以及髋臼等部位传导并可见到明显的应力分布。
