In the studies of this thesis, in order to construct logistics network in North-Eastern Asia Area, first of all, it is needed to take the following conditions as the presupposition:(1) improve logistics facilities properly taki ng international standard as its base;(2) showing great fores ight and opening idea to develop policies concerned with log istics facilities;(3) in order to get common understanding am ong the countries concerned by developing standardizing exch ange;(4) set up a coordination committee to solve realistic problem and meet the challenge in the future;(5) establish institutions concerned to educate personnels in special field.
