A new mathematical model is put forward numerically to simulate the wheel ovalization.. In the numerical simulation, the dynamic model of a half railway vehicle coupled with a tangent track is employed. Using the new numerical method investigates vehicle-track coupling system dynamic responses including lateral and vertical displacement of wheelsets and the vehicle, lateral and vertical vibration acceleration of the track at different phase angle of the two side wheels of the same wheelset, which are compared with that of the traditional model. The numerical results show that the discipline and frequency of dynamic responses are accordant, amplitude and phase of lateral dynamic responses are different. It is concluded the traditional track geometric irregularity excitation model does not simulate the effect of periodic wheels ovalization on vehicle-track coupling system dynamic behavior truly, the new model is more accurate and reasonable.
本文研究了车轮二阶周期性非圆化—椭圆化,建立了一个新的模拟车轮椭圆化的数学模型,结合车辆-轨道空间耦合动力学模型,计算了同一轮对左右车轮不同相位和车轮椭圆度下轮对和车体的横、垂向位移,钢轨横、垂向振动加速度,并与传统模型计算结果作了对比,分析表明两种模型的动力响应变化规律和频率一致,但横向动力响应幅值和相位均存在不同程度不可忽略的差异,因此传统的轨道几何不平顺激励模型不能真实模拟车轮的周期性椭圆化对车辆-轨道耦合动态行为的影响,而本文模型更能反映实际椭圆车轮与钢轨接触情形,计算方法准确而合理。

Analysis result shows that the dynamic interaction between wheel and rail and the rail-pad force of the strengthened track are little bigger than those of the unstrengthened track,the safety grades of the tracks are same,the strengthened track can benefit to decrease the displacements of all components of track structure obviously,to restrain the deformation of track effectively,and to reinforce the stability of railway,especially the lateral displacement and the gauge enlargement of the strengthened rail are about 33% of original rail.
分析结果表明:强化后轨道结构的轮轨动态相互作用力及轨枕支点压力均较强化前的相应值略大,但皆属相同安全合格等级;强化轨道结构位移大幅度降低,有效抑制轨道结构变形,增强线路稳定性,尤其是钢轨横向位移和轨距动态扩大量较强化前下降十分显著,前者仅约为后者的1/3左右;强化轨道也有利于降低轨下结构振动和减轻列车提速后对轨下基础的破坏。

In order to allow track maintenance personnel to determine impacts of track irregularities on traffic safety and to execute maintenance on dangerous sections, This study provides an analysis method with the application of ADAMS/Rail, modified train model suitable for track with a track gauge of 1067mm, and model track made to parameters actually taken from a section of measured irregularities of Taiwan Railway Administration.
为便於轨道养护工程人员研判轨道不整对行车安全的影响,对危险地段进行维修工程,本研究提供一套分析方法即利用套装软体ADAMS/Rail及修改适合1067公厘轨距轨道之列车模型,并以实测台铁某段轨道不整值为轨道模型,利用软体内建轮-轨互制行为进行列车动态分析,藉以了解轨道系统各部份的力学行为,尤其针对运输问题中最重要的安全性问题进行分析。

According to the studied results at present, the studied objects are mainly thin plate and beam about sound radiation mode, a method computed sound radiation mode of complex structure is presented in this dissertation, according to the results of the previous two chapter, a theoretical method to solve acoustical radiation mode and acoustical radiation efficiency of complex structure by boundary element method and acoustical radiation theory is posed, the acoustical radiation power is expressed as a Hermitian quadratic form, while the radiation modes is determined by general eigenvalue decomposing, and then the radiation efficiency is computed via the orthodoxy of radiation modes with regard to impedance matrix and average velocity matrix; lastly, the validity of the method is proved by pulsating sphere and radiating cube with analytical results. According to results of the form three chapter, the structure sound radiation sensitivity is studied in detail, the sound radiation power of structure can be expressed as positive Hermitian quadratic form, the sound radiation sensitivity can be expressed as two parts by partial differential with respect to design variable, which are sensitivity of boundary velocity and impedance matrix, combined with the theory of FEM and BEM, the structure sound radiation can be translated to the analysis of structure dynamic sensitivity and impedance matrix sensitivity. The theory posted in this dissertation is tested by the FEM software ANSYS and the software AAS programmed by author.
