In order to resolve the curing technology of loose tobacco curing barn, and spreading it in most tobacco planting area, the series of research of curing capability, technology of loading and curing technology on loose tobacco curing barn were studied. We found out the curing technology of loose tobacco curing barn when adopting nature loading method, the loading density were 75-85kg/m3, and the thermometer were hanged at the bottom layer. This technology was on the base of its own characteristic, it also integrated the technology of the three stage curing technique, and it had the virtue of simplicity of operation, earthliness and understandability, better curing effects, and preferably spreading foreground.

Results showed:(1) The airway responsiveness of smoke control group was higher than that of normal control group, the airway responsiveness of smoke + exercise group was lower than that of smoke control group;(2) Plasma level of cortisol determined immediately after exercise was higher than that determined before exercise, no significant difference occurs between that determined next day morning after all exercise finished in contrast to that determined before exercise;(3) HE staining showed, there was severe chronic pulmonary inflammatory response in smoke control group, which was reduced in the smoke + exercise group;(4) chronic cigarette smoke downregulated the protein and mRNA expression of BKca in smooth muscles of bronchi and bronchioli, exercise increased the mRNA expression of BKca;(5) chronic cigarette smoke downregulated the protein and mRNA expression of Kv1. 5 in smooth muscles of bronchi and bronchioli, exercise increased both the protein and mRNA expression of Kv1. 5 in contrast to smoke control group in bronchioli and did not effect the expression of Kv1. 5 in bronchi;(6) chronic cigarette smoke induced upregulation of FIZZ1/RELMα in bronchial smooth muscle cells, exercise decreased these effect.

Initially, we offer an idea to minimize the anti-smoke divisions and to rearrange vent positions to resolve the failure of station smoke evacuation mode. In the study of smoke evacuation process at tunnel track area, we find an upward slope will block smoke evacuation. This study also finds that start of fans operation will speed up the accumulation of smoke and endanger people's life during escape. The way to resolve is that we need to add fans at upward slope. This result is different from the report of one dimensional SES simulate analysis. To timely correct the safety evaluation result in SES report and to efficiently improve the failure of smoke evacuation system design are recommended by this article. Therefore, an increase of time for people to escape in fire hazard with less casualty.
