This thesis gives the introduction of the construction technique of a Slab Non-ballast Track, which has been used in the Shuanghe Bridge of Qin-shen Passenger Railway, and sheds light on a series of key construction techniques, mainly including: fabrication of the trackslab, research and production of CA sand mortar, construction of concrete bearing and convex retaining wall, paving of track slab, pouring of CA mortar mixture, construction of the filled cushion slab etc. All these will have the significant reference and application value for its employment to the construction of the city overhead to rack and the express railway.

Test and analytical studies indicated that (1) connection moment strengths in positive bending were similar but in negative bending were different on the order of 0.72 and 0.6 percent compared to the bare steel beam subassembly so that the self-centering behavior of the subassemblies with the composite concrete slab was not observed,(2) force-transferring mechanism in the connection proposed was able to predict the force-deformation relationship of the subassembly with the composite concrete slab, and (3) a general-purpose nonlinear finite element analysis program ABAQUS was used to perform the correlation study on the subassemblies with and without composite concrete slab.

Base on summarizing the development state of assembly skew hollow slab bridge, the research content of this dissertation has been determined. Taking Tuan Shan River Bridge, in Hubei province, China, as an example, the finite element method of space slab shell programmed in Ansys Parameter Design Language is adopted to analyze the elastic properties. By calculating the internal force influence surface of assembly skew hollow slab bridge, the internal force-controlling section is attained.
本文在对装配式斜交空心板桥的发展现状进行了详尽的综述后,确定了本文的研究内容,以团山河大桥为工程背景,采用ANSYS提供的参数化语言APDL,用空间板壳有限元法,对装配式斜交空心板桥弹性阶段的受力特性进行全面分析,计算了装配式斜交空心板桥的内力影响面,得到内力控制截面。

Based on it, the research content of this dissertation has been determined. Tuan Shan River Bridge is selected as an example and APDL is used to analyze the elastic properties. After calculating the internal force influence surface of assembly skew hollow slab bridge, the internal force-controlling section is attained; the transverse distribution of internal force is studied and the transverse distribution coefficient is parametric analyzed. Based on the results, relation formula of transverse distribution coefficient between skew and perpendicular bridges are fitted. Practical calculation method for the internal force calculation of assembly skew hollow slab bridge is offered. Some conclusions are drawn from comparing and analysing the internal force, bearing reaction and deformation of both assembly and monolithic skew slab bridges.
本文对装配式斜交空心板桥的发展现状进行了综述,从此出发,确定了本文的研究内容,以团山河大桥为工程背景,采用ANSYS 提供的参数化语言APDL,对装配式斜交空心板桥弹性特性进行全面分析,计算了装配式斜交空心板桥的内力影响面,得到内力控制截面;同时计算了内力的横向分布影响线和横向分布系数,并对内力横向分布系数进行了参数分析;基于参数分析的结果,拟合了装配式斜交空心板桥与对应正交桥内力横向分布系数的关系式,为装配式斜交空心板桥的内力计算提供了实用计算方法;对比分析了装配式斜板桥与整体式斜板桥的内力、支座反力以及变形特点,得出了一些有益结论。

Secondly, aiming at the difficulty of information sharing between reheating furnace and roughing mill which is brought by the separate control of the two facilities, and the problems of exceeding energy consumption and low security of rolling process given by the difficulty to adjust the heating process of slab dynamically, this paper presents a comprehensive optimizing control strategy of reheating furnace based on the rolling information feedback. In the presented strategy, fuzzy control and neural network are used to feed roll force and slab temperature of therolling process back to reheating furnace and the concrete furnace temperature setting compensation value can be worked out. So that the heating process of slab can be adjusted dynamically according to the heating quality of the slab, and energy consumption can be reduced, the rolling security can be ensured as well.
其次,针对目前加热炉和粗轧机的分离控制带来的生产信息难以共享、钢坯的加热过程难以动态调整而造成的能耗浪费过大、粗轧机轧制安全难以保障等问题,提出了基于轧制信息反馈的加热炉综合优化控制策略,利用模糊控制和神经网络的方法,将粗轧机一侧的能够反映钢坯加热质量好坏的生产信息,如粗轧机的轧制力、钢坯的温度等,反馈到加热炉一侧并计算出炉温设定值的补偿量,从而能够根据钢坯的加热状况动态地调整后续钢坯的加热过程,减少了能耗浪费,保障了轧制安全。
