From these researches as above, this paper found a new method to analysis salty soil road engineering properties by phase equilibrium theory, which provides a new angle of analysis on salty soil properties, experiment and engineering practice in these ways as follows:(1) Analysis the disadvantage of traditional salty soil experiment;(2) Analysis the disadvantage of current salty soil definition by phase equilibrium theory, and gives the chart of distinguish salty soil by the condition of hydrography and climate change;(3) Analysis the mechanics of subgrade frost boiling based on the change rule of liquid content;(4) Based on the change rule of ingredients content and volume in salty soil, analysis the mechanics of subgrade salt heaving and the restraining method by adding sodium chloride.

通过以上研究，本文初步建立了以相平衡理论为核心的盐渍土路用工程性质分析方法，该方法对盐渍土工程性质的理论分析、试验研究以及工程实践提供了新的研究思路与方法，具体体现在：(1)分析了传统的盐渍土试验存在的缺陷；(2)分析了现行盐渍土定义的不足，并以相平衡理论为基础，结合水文、气候条件的变化给出了判别盐渍土的诺谟图；(3)分析了盐渍土盐溶液含量的变化规律，并从盐渍土含液量变化规律出发，分析了盐渍土路基较非盐渍土路基翻浆严重的机理；(4)分析了盐渍土各固相含量及其体积的相变规律，并在此基础上分析盐渍土路基的盐胀机理，以及采用添加氯化钠来抑止硫酸盐盐渍土的盐胀机理

The results indicate that the flow stress of the alloy increases with increasing strain rate and decreasing deformation temperature. The flow stress increases with increasing strain until the stress reaches the peak value, then the flow stress remains constant, which indicates that dynamic recrystallization happens during deformation. The flow behaviors are described by the hyperbolic sine constitutive equation, and the activation energy calculated is 337.75 kJ/mol. The as-forged microstructure consists of refined α2/γ and γ grains, and the grains are much homogeneous than before. The B2 phase distributes uniformly at the grain boundary of α2/γ and γ grains. The B2 phase decreases with increasing deformation temperature.

结果表明：流变应力随着应变速率提高和变形温度降低而增大；在变形过程中，流变应力随着变形量增大而增大，当流变应力达到峰值后趋于平稳，表明合金在变形过程中发生了动态再结晶；热变形过程的流变应力可采用双曲正弦本构关系来描述，平均激活能为337.75 kJ/mol；从合金的组织演化过程中可以看出，合金中不均匀的原始组织得到明显均匀化，变形后的组织是由α2/γ层片晶团和γ晶粒组成的双态组织，在α2/γ层片晶团和γ晶粒的晶界交界处发现分布均匀的B2相，并且随着变形温度升高B2相数量逐渐减少。

Found that the constitution of the absorbent could affect the debinding efficiency greatly; for the liquid phase debinding temperature extent, the mechanism of the absorbent is capillary action, 100~200 screen mesh alumina powder had the best debinding efficiency at 130℃; for the gas phase debinding temperature extent, adding some active carbon to the absorbent could control the formation of the hyperoxide barrier lay, accelerate the mass transfer rate, also enhance the debinding efficiency; studied the relationship between the debinding efficiency and the shape of the green part and the solid load; furthermore, did trial study on the solvent debinding.

The results show that the addition of certain manganese in high chromium cast iron leads to a re-partitioning of alloy elements between austenite and carbide and a dropping in equilibrium phase transformation temperature although it's inappreciable for the influence of manganese on mass fractions of every phase in this cast iron. There is about 87 percent ledeburite under thermodynamic equilibrium condition and 23 to 32 percent M7C3 type carbide under thermodynamic non-equilibrium condition in the microstructure of 3C-l5Cr-4Mn-0.75Si system high chromium cast iron. Furthermore, the improvement of austenite stability and hardenability of manganese alloyed high chromium cast iron may been expected because there is a substitution between manganese and chromium that has been suggested by thermodynamic calculations.

结果表明，锰虽然对高铬铸铁中的各相数量影响不大，但一定数量的锰存在促使合金元素在奥氏体和碳化物两相中的重新分配，并降低平衡相的转变温度；在平衡条件下3C-15Cr-4Mn-0.75Si系高铬铸铁中菜氏体数量约占87%，而非平衡条件下M7C3型碳化物数量在23%-32%之间，且奥氏体中锰铬互替现象保证了奥氏体的稳定性和加锰高铬铸铁的淬透性。
