Sixteen Scenedesmus species or strains have been employed to investigate the maximum capacity of nickel accumulation in 10 mg/L Ni solution. The results showed that the capacity of accumulating Ni from aqueous solution in 16 Scenedesmus species or strains showed the diversity.

The results showed that there were differences among treatments in transformation of high quality gene(Glu\|D 1 5+10) in F 1 grains, and heterozygous type was more frequently appeared in the treatment of irradiation. In the F 2 segregative population, heading date deviated to early\|mature parent in the treatment of reciperocal cross and its combination with irradiation, indicating that cytoplasm and irradiation could promote the heading. In F 3 the expressive frequency of (5+10) gene in the cross was lower than that in reciperocal cross, and irradiation treatment could raise the expressive frequency of(5+10) gene. The results of biological tests indicated that, at 25 g/mL, 1-(4-bromo-3-ethyl-1-methyl-pyrazol-5'-ylcarbonyl-4-(2-nitrophenyl) semicarbazide (4d) showed inhibitory activities (52.6%) against Pyricularia oryzae. 1-(4-bromo-3-ethyl-1-methyl-pyrazol-5'-ylcarbonyl)-4-(3-chlorophenyl) semicarbazide (4j), 1-(4-bromo-3-ethyl-1-methyl-pyrazol-5'-ylcarbonyl)-4-(2,4-dimethylphenyl) semicarbazide (4k), 1-(4-bromo-3-ethyl-1-methyl-pyrazol-5'-ylcarbonyl)-4-(3,4-dimethyiphenyl) semicarbazide (41) and 1-(4-bromo-3-ethy-1-methyl-pyrazo1-5'-ylcarbonyl)-4-(2,4-difluorophenyl) semicarbazide (4m) showed inhibitory activities (45.6%) against Pyricularia oryzae, repestively.

The results showed that in evaluation of the method by detecting 50 RHD 1227A positive and 50 RHD 1227A negative individuals, the genotyping method displayed a sensitivity of 100% and a specificity of 100%; in evaluation of the method by detecting 33 DEL positive and 89 DEL negative individuals, the sensitivity was 100%, however, there were two serologically negative samples which were confirmed as positive using genotyping method. After re-testing these two samples with serological method and sequence analysis, it was found that original serological method gave false negative results and genotyping method still showed 100% specificity. The minimal target DNA concentration of this genotyping method is 8.13 ng/μl.

The frequency of CMV seronegativity showed a stepwise decrease with the increase of donor age. In addition, the prevalence of HBsAg, antibodies to hepatitis C virus, antibodies to human immunodeficiency viruses type 1 and 2 (anti-HIV 1+2) and antibodies to human T-cell lymphotropic viruses type I and II (anti-HTLV 1/11) were compared between CMV seropositive and seronegative groups. Our results showed that there was no significant difference in seroprevalence of these markers between CMV seropositive and seronegative groups.
