Its bonding characterization and stability are discussed. The results show that these complexes are covalence complexes and that both the in-plane σ-bond and the in-plane π-bond in these complexes play an important role. The ESR spectra of VO -Ser system, VO -Ser-Phen system and VO -Ser-Bipy system in binary solvent glycol/water (V/V=1: 1) solution at various acidities (pH=1~14) have been observed at low temperature. It is found that in different pH ranges different structural complexes are formed.
测定了五种氨基酸席夫碱铜配合物的室温多晶粉末ESR谱、在不同溶剂中的室温及低温溶液ESR谱,确定配合物的配位环境;对室温溶液谱中观察到的二级效应和驰豫效应给予了理论解释、计算了驰豫参数;根据低温ESR波谱,计算了配合物的成键特性及稳定性,发现此类配合物为共价型配合物,平面内σ配键和平面内π配键均起重要作用。

The result indicates the t-BHP or diamide both cause the mass loss about the membrane protein thiol in hepatocytes, the fast oxidization about glutathione in hepatocytes, the leakage of lactate dehydrodenase, but the level of t-BHP is larger than of diamide. In the aspect of lipid peroxidation, only the t-BHP produces apparent change. As to actin and tubulin, they both find fall-off and present time-dependency effects. The result in Confocal fluorescent microscope also show these two cytoskeletal proteins are related to cell blebbing, but they don''t play the same role during the porcess. Tubulin may be more important than actin. If the study predispose dithiothreitol before adding t-BHP or diamide, then the damage by the diamide is repressed, but just partly protection for the damage by t-BHP.

In this dissertation, based on the extraction of meaningful polarization information, the polarimetric speckle reduction, polarimetric contrast enhancement, polarimetric classification and ship detection in polarimetric SAR images are systemically studied. During the study, some new concepts and methods are introduced, which are supported by the application to measured Pol-SAR data. The innovations of this dissertation are as follows: 1 A simplified schem is proposed to reduce the complexity of scattering-model-based speckle filtering. 2 Extend the expression of polarimetric correlation coefficient to help distinguishing targets. In addition, introduce the quantized parameters of polarimetric signature so as to show the differentiae in quantity in co-polar power, cross-polar power and shapes of polarization signatures among targets. 3 Define a new parameter of difference degree between targets, which can be used for express the difference between both coherent and distributed scatters.

Chapter 1 gives the background,current research process of relatedproblems and summarizes this thesis\'s work.In chapter 2,we study the Brownian motion with holding and jumping on the boundary.We use the resolvent method to obtain the infinitesimal generator because the domain of the infinitesimal generator is essentially the same as the range of the resolvent.Knowledge of this range and of the differential operator determines uniquely the infinitesimal generator.Since the semigroup generated by the DHJ is not strongly continuous,to use the nice property of strongly continuous semigroup in analytic theory,in chapter 3 we show that the dual is strongly continuous and derive ergodicity through spectral radius formulas and finally obtain the ergodic theorem by duality. In chapter 4,we discuss a class of a more general process---one dimensional Feller diffusion proposed by W.Feller in 1954.The Feller diffusion allows the possibility of jumps from boundary to boundary,not only from boundary to the interior.We give the stationary distribution of this process.
