其在处理石化废水时性能优于青山石化厂的复合絮凝剂，CODCr和SS的去除率分别提高了28.75%和8.29%，处理成本下降了46.63%；且远低于我国目前平均2.80元/的石化废水处理成本；其在处理造纸废水时，可完全达到武汉晨鸣纸业集团所提出的：药剂成本控制在0.5元/以内、CODCr去除率在25%以上的气浮工段改进要求，初步显现出该复合絮凝剂在工业污水处理中的独特作用及明显的经济与环境效益。
