The drying defects of small-diameter Larch lumbers were the most severe in consecution heating, fluctuating-heats 2h in between, and drying defects were nearly not observed in fluctuating-heats 6h. There is tylosis in the vessel of the heartwood of small-diameter Cathay poplar. The bordered pits of the radial trancheidal wall are dense, and the pits between vessels are alternate, most of them have pit film. Different collapse happened in all the small-diameter Cathay poplar lumbers. The collapse of small-diameter Larch lumbers was the most severe with consecution heating, fluctuating-heats 2h in between, the least with fluctuating-heating 6h.

Patients in balanic type were treated with meatal advancement and glandularp lasty; patients with urethra orifice at 2/3 of corpus penis accompanied with slight chordee of penis were treated with Snodgrass method or Onlay method; patients with severe chordee of penis were treated with Duckett method; patients in scrotum or perineum type were treated with combination of Duplay and Duckett; severe hypospadia patients were treated with curved pedicle penis-scrotum and skin flap urethroplasty; patients with good outer plate of ventral prepuce and chordee of penis were treated with ventral pedicle hooded foreskin flap.

Results l.Serum concentrations of VCAM-1 in PIH (93.39 + 57.3)ug/ml were higher than that in normal pregnant group. Serum concentrations of VCAM-1 in moderate(97.89 + 34.07)ug/ml and severe PIH(132.24 + 60.97)ug/ml were significantly higher than that in normal group.(P.05, P.01). In PIH group, serum concentrations of VCAM-1 correlate with the levels of IL-6,r=0.63. 4.The expression of VCAM-1 in cytotrophoblast of spiral arteries in normal pregnant group(100%) were significantly higher than that in PIH group.Theexpression of VCAM-1 in moderate PIH(37.50%) and sever PIH were lower than that in normal group.There was no difference between the mild PIH and normal group.Conclusions The increased levels of serum of VCAM-1 may participate in the process of vascular endothelium damages in PIH.

In order to minimize the postoperative complications of uvulopalatopharyngoplasty for preventing severe obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, the data of 32 patients with severe OSAS undergoing UPPP were analyzed. Three cases got temporary regurgitation after UPPP. Ten days to 2 months after UPPP, all patients except 4 obtained satisfactory therapeutic effects after decannulation. All the patients were decannulated favorably.
