METHODS: Osteoporosis model was prepared with injection of dexamethasonc. Antagonism osteoporosis acupoint paste on acupoints and non-neridian places was administrated to compare with oral recipe for kidney tonification in the treatment of osteoporosis. It took the changes in serum estrogen, bone density, calcitonin/parathyroid hormone, thyrotropic hormone, free T3 and free T4 as the measuring indexes. Immunocyto-chemistry stain and morphological measurement of TSH cell,follicular adenoma of thyroid gland and thyroid globulin were applied in pituitary gland and thyroid gland to observe the therapeutic results.

The acute graft versus host disease did not occur in these patients except one patient occurred grade Ⅱ aGVHD, and the chronic graft versus host disease occurred in the 5th, 6th and 6th months after allo-HSCT respectively, but the cGVHD was recrudescent after treatment. The bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome occurred in the 9th, 7th and 11th months after allo-HSCT respectively, and they received the treatment of immunosuppressive, immune human serum globulin, azithromycin and to breathe in β2 receptor agonist and budesonide.

Results We found GM1 antibody in 36% and cephalin antibody in 43% of MS patients in serum,GM1 antibody in 11% and cephalin antibody 18% in cerebrospinal fluid.The levels of antibody in serum of treated_MS patients were significantly lower than those in active MS patients.The levels of myelin basic protein in serum and cerebrospinal fluid in MS were significantly higher than those in control group.

Methods: 1. To detect the GC level in the serum by enzyme immunoassay kit.The serum samples were obtained from 22 psoriatic patients, 15 patients who had been clinical cured and 20 normal controls. There were standard, control, and sample wells. Methods The levels of serum Hcy, folate acid and VitB12 were measured in 169 patients with cerebral infarction and 110 normal controls. The condition of carotid arteries was checked by color dopper flow image in CI group. The relationship between the level of serum Hcy and folate acid, VitB12 and CAA condition were analysed.
