The orogenic strata have following characteristics: During the subduction and intracontinental orogeny, the strata experienced dramatic tectonic migration and mixing, resulting in various tectonic features. A short sequence usually composed of tectonic slices of various origins, times, deformations and metamorphisms, and scales. The original sequence was badly destroyed. The extant fragments of orogenic belt usually took form as melanges, especially the accretion complex wedge generated in subduction zone, which is contrary to the Law of Superposition. The original location of the accretion is also contradicted with the Law of Original Horizonality, because the accretion is oblique with high degree. Marine rocks, volcanic rocks of continental margin and metamorphic rocks were well-developed in the orogenic belt, especially ultra-basic, basic rocks were wide spread and were intensely metamorphosed, accompanied by metamorphic slices returned from hundred kilometers underground with ultra-high pressure and magma movements during syn-orogeny and post-orogeny, thus formed the colorful landscapes.

A 1.8 kb fragment of 3' terminus of the viral RNA was amplified by RT PCR, cloned and its sequence was determined. Sequence comparisons showed that it shared 71.5%~99.1% homology with isolates of sugarcane mosaic virus, 67.8%~68.5% with sorghum mosaic virus and 38.4%~48.4% with maize dwarf mosaic virus, indicating that the pathogen of this disease on maize in Hangzhou was sugarcane mosaic virus.

Anguillarum isolates, while 94.3% and 91.9% nucleotide identical to L. pelagius and Photobacterium damselae respectively. MP analysis showed that ayu-H080701 shared 97.6%-98.8 % amino acid sequence identical to L. anguillarum isolates, while lower than 75.6 % to other bacteria. Phylogenetic analysis showed that ayu-H080701 grouped constantly with L. anguillarum isolates. The biochemical, physiological tests and sequence analysis all strongly supported the identification of the pathogen causing ayu vibriosis in Ninghai country, China, as an isolate of L.

To the question of the underuse of the search range and sequence in traditional codeword search algorithms, four characteristic values are introduced in the proposed algorithm with adaptive search range and sequence. Test results show that the proposed algorithm can significantly improve the search efficiency with a little extra distortion.
