对2007年1 256例怀疑感染uu或ct的患者和不孕不育症患者标本检测。结果：149例前列腺标本中uu阳性率为42.3%(63/149)、136例前列腺标本ct阳性率为19.9%(27/136)；361例尿道分泌物uu阳性率为21.1%(76/361)、346例尿道分泌物ct阳性率为10.4%(36/346)；141例精液uu阳性率为11.3%(16/141)、123例精液ct阳性率为7.3%(9/123)。结论：三种标本的uu、ct阳性率相差显著，p.005。前列腺标本检测的阳性率明显高于尿道分泌物标本，精液检测的阳性率最低。不同类型的标本检测的uu、ct的结果有很大的差异，送检的标本最好是前列腺液。

In experiment 2, the semen quality of 2 boars from Ilan Yiyang farm were diluted with BTS and MIII extender and stored for 3 days in the initial stage. The parameters of semen quality were including pH, motility, maturation, acrosome integrity and normal morphology of spermatozoa in diluted semen stored for 1 and 3 days. There is positive rank correlation between semen HBV DNA copies and serum HBV DNA copies;(2 There were 7 positive cases in 21 samples before washing, the 6 cases except one were positive after washing;(3) there arepositive rank correlation between viability、round cells、 abnormal morphology and semen HBV DNA copies.

结果：（1）精液HBV DNA阳性检出率为21.05%（12/57例），平均拷贝数为4.7810~4/ml，血清HBV DNA阳性检出率为81.82%（45/55例），平均拷贝数为2.33(10~7/ml，精液与血清HBV DNA拷贝数等级间存在正相关关系；（2）21份用于洗涤的精液标本中，7份精液HBV DNA阳性，阳性率为33.33%（7/21例），洗涤后仍有6份标本阳性；（3）精液常规分析显示精子活力、圆细胞数、精子畸形率与精液中HBV DNA载量之间存在正相关关系。

The results are as followed:Twelve protein bands in giant panda seminal plasma were identified by SDS-PAGE, the molecular weights were 74.9、59.6、 56.2、 54.7、 47.3、 38.2、 30.8、 23.8、 18.4、 16.8、14.0 and 13.4kDa respectively, six of them (74.9, 59.6, 56.2, 47.3, 30.8 and 13.4kDa) werepresent in all samples. However, there was no relationship was found between the abnormalprotein bands appeared in several samples and semen characteristics in our experiment.

The results showed that the peak latency and pattern of SEPs elicited by electrical needling in LI-l1 and MP were similar. The amplitude of SEPs elicited by electrical needling in LI-l1 was higher than that of MP. There was no obvious SEPs generation when MM was electrical needling.
