Third, a good consistent purity was observed in the field plot and seed globulin testing, whereas inconsistency between field-testing and isozyme process. The last point is that seed globulin electrophoresis be a practical method apt to seed purity testing for maize.

并对130多份样品用三种检验方法(盐溶蛋白电泳、同功酶等电聚焦电泳和田间小区)检测的种子纯度数据作排序相关等统计分析，得到如下结果：室内外检测方法都会与种子真实状况有一定差异，田间种植鉴定与真实情况符合性并不一定最好；盐溶蛋白与同功酶等电聚焦这两种方法检测种子纯度所需时间短，成本低，不受外界环境限制，出结果快，二者的结果没有太大差异；田间种植鉴定成本较高，检测的结果普遍偏高；等电聚焦电泳与田间鉴定的一致性年度间存在差异，而盐溶蛋白凝胶电泳法与田间鉴定的一致性较高；种子盐溶蛋白凝胶电泳法较适于鉴定玉米种子纯度。
