The seed purity of more than one hundred and thirty samples of six maizevarieties was assayed by using the three testing methods: storage proteins electrophoresis,isozyme isoelectric focusing in acrylamide and examination at field plots. Some importantpoints can be concluded from analyses as spearman order rank correlation on the seedpurity data as follows:First, there were deviations of the real performances to those purities obtained from out or in laboratory testing, even from the examination at field plot that is a routine way. Second, the seed globulin and isozyme electrophoresis, both with characteristics of rapid, cost-effective, devoid of environmental effect and speed, showed consistent purity; while the field-testing gave a higher degree of purity on the high side of cost than that in-lab approaches. Third, a good consistent purity was observed in the field plot and seed globulin testing, whereas inconsistency between field-testing and isozyme process. The last point is that seed globulin electrophoresis be a practical method apt to seed purity testing for maize.

并对130多份样品用三种检验方法(盐溶蛋白电泳、同功酶等电聚焦电泳和田间小区)检测的种子纯度数据作排序相关等统计分析，得到如下结果：室内外检测方法都会与种子真实状况有一定差异，田间种植鉴定与真实情况符合性并不一定最好；盐溶蛋白与同功酶等电聚焦这两种方法检测种子纯度所需时间短，成本低，不受外界环境限制，出结果快，二者的结果没有太大差异；田间种植鉴定成本较高，检测的结果普遍偏高；等电聚焦电泳与田间鉴定的一致性年度间存在差异，而盐溶蛋白凝胶电泳法与田间鉴定的一致性较高；种子盐溶蛋白凝胶电泳法较适于鉴定玉米种子纯度。

Occurring of lateral root is as the result of some endogenous hormone corresponded and playing manysided role, especially IAA plays important role in the cause of inducing to occurring of lateral root anlage.(4) The use of seed coating may elevate the number of lateral root anlage occurring and shorten the time of lateral root anlage occurring, especially the effect of Chemical control seed coating is better.

结果表明：(1)种衣剂包衣后，侧根原基发生区长度明显比对照(不包衣的种子为对照，用CK表示)增加，从大到小依次为：HK＞ND＞CK；(2)种衣剂处理加快了侧根原基的发生进程，总的趋势是HK＞ND＞CK，经F检验表明，处理和对照差异极显著；(3)侧根原基的发生状况与侧根原基发生区内源激素的含量有一定的关系，侧根的发生是几种植物内源激素相互协调、综合作用的结果，其中生长素类物质在诱导侧根原基的发生过程中起主导作用；(4)应用种衣剂可以提高侧根原基发生的数量，缩短侧根原基的发生时间，其中以化控种衣剂效果最好。

However, the glucose, fructose, sucrose and raffinose content of seed increase as the seed moisture content decreases, but this kind of change is not clear if seed was stored at lower temperatures ranges from 20℃ to -18℃.

Cyclophosphamide and NaF were used as positive controls respectively. Regular cotton seed powder and seed oil were used as negative controls. The micronucleus frequency in mice bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes and in eripheral erythrocytes of Zebrafish were assayed in this study. The sperm malformation rate in mice was also investigated.

China introduced TQM at the end of 1970s to improve the quality of its industry product but did not make enough progress because the project was impelled by the administration. Since the year of 2000s, monopoly in Chinese seed industry has been broken down and the market is growing rapidly, seed company are facing serious competition both from the inner and the outer so it is in urgent need of improving seed quality and competitive power. Under such conditions, this paper made a study on the feasibility of improving the seed quality and management level of Chinese seed industry by introducing TQM, and hope the research conclusion will be useful to the development of Chinese seed industry.

中国在七十年代末期也开始引入TQM来改善我们的工业产品品质，但是在行政力量推动下的质量运动最后大多无疾而终，效果大打折扣。2000年以来，中国种子行业行政垄断被打破，市场化进程加快，种子公司面临着来自国内外激烈的竞争，亟须提高种子质量，提高自己的竞争力，在这种情况下，笔者对中国种业引入TQM来提升种子质量和管理水平的可行性进行了探讨和研究，希望本文的结论对中国种业的发展有一定的参考意义。

The Paleoproterozoic Beidahe Group-complex remains as continental shivers in the interior of the North Qilian orogen. In its early stage of development, there occurred abundant amphibolite. The protolith of the amphibolite is basalts. The Alk-∑FeO-MgO plot, REE features and Rittmann index show that the protolith belongs to the calc-alkaline suite and exceptionally shows the subalkaline character. The rock is characterized by higher Al2O3 and ∑FeO and lower Mg#, indicating that it has a higher degree of compositional evolution and that the formation of volcanic rocks is related to activation of older crust. Highly fractionated REE patterns and amphibolite on the Ti-Zr-Y plot, Ni-FeO/MgO plot and Ta/Yb-Th/Yb plot all indicate the characteristics of volcanic arcs and active continental margins. On the geochemical diagram of basalt, the overall REE features are in the main analogous to those of calc-alkaline island-arc basalt, with Sr87/Sr86=0.71617–0.72033,Nd143/Nd144=0.512414–0.512495 and εNd=–2.79 to –4.37,εSr=245.78–305.3, showing that the magma was derived from the crust or subjected to contamination with the lower crust below the continent.

提要：以大陆碎块形式残存于北祁连造山带内部的古元古代北大河岩群早期发育有大量的斜长角闪岩，其原岩为玄武岩，Alk—∑FeO—MgO图解，REE特征，里特曼组合指数等均显示斜长角闪岩属钙碱性系列范围，个别显示弱碱性，斜长角闪岩具有较高的Al2O3，∑FeO和低的Mg#，这些特点反映其成分演化程度较高，表明火山岩的形成与古老地壳的活化有关，有较强分异的稀土元素分配模式，在Ti—Zr—Y图，Ni—FeO/MgO图解和Ta/Yb—Th/Yb图解上斜长角闪岩均显示火山弧或活动大陆边缘的特点，在玄武岩的地球化学形式图，稀土元素整体特征与钙碱性岛弧玄武岩基本相同；87Sr/86Sr=0.716 17～0.720 33， 143Nd/144Nd=0.512 414～0.512 495，εNd=-2.79～-4.37。
