Objective To study the status of knowledge,belief and behavior on tobacco and health among staffs in primary and secondary schools and to provide evidence for effectively developing school-based smoking cassation activity.Methods The questionnaire surveywas carried out among the teachers from29primary and secondary schools in Beijing,Shanghai,Tianjin,Shenzhen,Puyang and Changsha.

CASE REPORTS The retrospective analysis on258cases of early syphilis which collected from section of venereal disease of Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University,diagnosed between1998and2004were done.In all cases,cases of primary syphilis was account for25.58%,and secondary syphilis account for51.94%,latent syphilis account for21.32%,early congenital syphilis account for1.16%.Highly rate of contracting syphilis in age group between20～39years old,mostly self-employment,mostly with educational background of high school graduation.Clinical manifestation of primary syphilis were generally featured with indurated chancre,secondary syphilis with rash.

病例报告］对1998年―2004年间延边大学医院性病诊察室诊断并治疗的258例早期梅毒患者进行回顾性分析，见一期梅毒占25.58%，二期梅毒占51.94%，潜伏期梅毒占21.32%，早期先天性梅毒占1.16%；梅毒高发年龄段为20～39岁；职业以个体从业者为居多；学历以中学及中学以下者为居多；临床表现：一期梅毒患者以硬下疳为主，二期梅毒患者以斑疹型皮肤损伤为主。
