Then, the article clears up the rights of shipping of vessels in different areas, which is the main point of the paper. Circling this main point, the article further makes some advice to better our regulations on the law of the sea.

In chapter 3, we describe firstly the evolution of PMA as an abstract stochastic process, and by characterizing axiomatically the properties of the fundamental selection and evolution operators, we conclude that PMA is essentially a kind of SEA.

The sea surface temperature and the depth of thermocline varied in different stages during the late Holocene, with some short-term climate events such as the Little Ice Age.
