At the same time we need introduce the experiences of school corporate fathering system of private school in Taiwan and especially in Japan. To set up staff selecting mechanism about corporate organ in private school, to reform management patterns and perfect organizing mechanism of corporate organ in non-profit private school, to carve up the rights borderline between the council and principal, we could establish the reasonable and normative corporate management system of private school in the future.
