In this article, we studied some components in giant panda seminal plasma and their relationship with semen characteristics.The protein bands were separated by SDS-PAGE, platelet-activating factor acetylhydrolase activity and glutamic-aspartic aminotransferase activity were detected by ELASE and chymic colorimetry respectively.
