It can berealized by means of the sensor and the control system installed between the accelerator pedal and the ECU: when the driver and passengers aren't wearing the safety belt, it limits the speed in a certain range no matter how the driver operates the accelerator pedal; when it is needed to speed up, it will remind the driver and passengers to fasten the safety belt in order to ensure the security of person. This safety belt humanizes the automotive passive safety system, which improves the driving comfort and safety.
