30 eyes of superficial corneal diseases including corneal dystrophy 12 eyes,scar after infection 7 eyes, dimmer nummular keratitis 6 eyes,scar after trauma 3 eyes and band degeneration 2 eyes were treated with PTK, and examined the uncorrected visual acuity,best corrected visual acuity and refraction respectively at one week,one month,three months and six months after PTK.The analysis of variance and chi-square test were used.

Results:One hundred and eleven eyes were treated with PRP, 95 eyes were treated with mild-PRP. Visual acuity was increased by 1～3 lines in 82 eyes(35%), not changed in 94 eyes(46%) and decreased in 30 eyes(19%). On Fundus fluorescein angiography 3 months later, new vessels shrinked and retinal edema recovered in most cases, but in 10 eyes, new vessels and small nonperfusional areas still could be seen after the treatment, which was treated again.

结果：111只眼行广泛视网膜光凝术治疗，95只眼行亚广泛视网膜光凝术治疗。82只眼视力提高1～3行，占35%；94只眼视力无变化，占46%；30只眼视力下降，占19%。3个月后行荧光素眼底血管造影检查，新生血管大部分萎缩，视网膜水肿消退，有10只眼残留新生血管及小片状无灌注区，再次补充光凝。

Abstract］ objective to assess a new imaging technique,optical coherence tomography,for the diagnosis of central serous choroidoretinopathy.methods forty-five cases (45 eyes) of csc were examined by ophthalmoscopy,binocular indirect ophthalmoscopy and oct.some patients were monitored by oct.results in images of oct in 45 eyes of csc,42 eyes showed serous neurosensory detachement,2 eyes appeared retinal pigment epithelial detachement and 1 eyes combined neurosensory detachement with pigment epithelial detachement.monitoring images of oct in 9 eyes revealed absorption of serous fluid and decrease of neurosensory detachment.conclusion oct is potentially useful as a new and noninvasive diagnostic technique for quantitative examination of patients with csc and objectively monitoring the clinical course of the serous retinal detachement in this disease.

摘要］ 目的评价光学相干断层成像(optical coherence tomography，oct )对中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床诊断价值。方法对45例(45眼)中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者散瞳后分别进行直接检眼镜、双目间接检眼镜、oct 检查。9例复查时再次进行oct检查。结果 45眼中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的oct 图像，42眼表现为单纯神经上皮层脱离，2眼为单纯色素上皮层脱离，1眼同时存在神经上皮层脱离和色素上皮层脱离。9眼复查的oct通过测量脱离高度的降低可观察到液体的不同程度吸收。结论 oct 是一种新的、无损伤性的、非接触性的、并能定量的检查方法，能明确中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的脱离部位，并能进行定量的追踪观察。

Results: Everyone's center of gravity was distributed in A zone while they were in seat. At standing with opening eyes and closing eyes, the center of gravity in A zone were in 429 subjects( 96.4%) and 436 subjects( 98.0%). Most parameters have significant difference in the women and the men, opening eyes and closing eyes, left-foot standing and right-foot standing, different age groups. Results Absolute scotoma appeared in 7 eyes and relative scotoma in 6 eyes before TTT. Among the 6 eyes with relative scotoma, the visual acuity was improved over 2 lines in 4 eyes after TTT, descended 1 line in I eye and unchanged in 1 eye. The light sensitivity of the irradiated retina was increased in 5 eyes and decreased in 1 eye.
