Based on the information-scheduling models and time-delay models of networked control system, state-estimate-based and parity-relation-based fault diagnosis approaches and passive fault-tolerant control such as integrity control for networked control systems are presented; 2 we presented new models, Quasi T-S models, for linear and nonlinear networked control systems with random time delays, and the corresponding fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control approaches; 3 With all these fault diagnosis theory presented, active fault tolerant control approaches are developed directly for networked control systems; 4 Some analysis, design and optimization theory for networked control systems are presented., such as robust control, LQ guaranteed cost control, modeling and control for stochastic networked control and integrated optimization etc.

Meanwhile combining continuous subdivision Fourier transform and rotor slot harmonics based slip estimation it can in advance estimate the concrete values of the fault characteristic frequency, and then inquiry purposely the fault feature component information in the stator current spectrum in order to accomplish the broken rotor bar fault with high sensitivity and h reliability, which eliminates adverse effect of issuable false peaks to the fault detection and formed a novel scheme to detect broken rotor bar fault.

Some conclusions are drawn from the calculating results: when buried pipes cross fault, pipe's embedded depth should be shallow, and big pipe diameter and thick wall should be selected. Avoid the site where fault moves severe, and select suitable pipe-fault angle. Bigger pipe-soil friction coefficient is helpful for buried pipe crossing fault. Under dynamic loading, buried pipe would first damaged in compressive region of bilateral fault, so special treatment should be done to pipe in bilateral fault region.
