The results showed that NAA at low concentrations 0.1~0.2 mgL^(-1 was more beneficial for root induction, the rate of rooting was up to 100%. 1/4MS was more suitable to deal with the plantlet rooting and form small bulb. The optimal ratio of IBA and AC for rooting was 2.0 mgL^(-1) IBA+0.1%AC.
