Then, developing strategies and methods are analyzed according to the objective and task of the system. Antetype method with RAD speciality is chosen to lead the developing process of the system. The structure of "Four-Base and Seven-System" of NSDSS is decided, based on which, the Function and Structure of Man-Machine Conversation system, General Management system, Data Base system, Model and Method Base system, knowledge base system, Causing and solving problems system are discussed. The basic theories and methods of each part are discussed. In the designing process of Model Base System, detailed analysis is given to the models of prediction, evaluation and management in the course of security decision. Moreover, basic process and method are discussed on question generation and solution. Then, detailed explanation is provided on the integration and implement of the system. After that, it is suggested that implement of the system should be carried through the process of the system.
论文首先对NSDSS涉及到的相关知识进行了讨论,详细分析了网络安全决策中的四个基本过程,这是NSDSS进行安全决策的基础;随后依据系统的目标和任务,对系统的开发策略和方法进行了分析,选择具有RAD能力的原型法指导整个系统的开发过程;确定了NSDSS"四库七系统"的整体结构;在此基础上,分别探讨了人机对话系统、通用管理系统、数据库系统、模型库和方法库系统、知识库系统、问题生成和求解系统的功能和结构,对各部件的基本原理和实现方法进行了论述;在模型库系统的设计过程中,对安全决策过程中运用到的安全预测、安全评估、安全管理等模型进行了详细的分析;仔细探讨了问题生成和求解的基本过程和方法;较为详细地阐述了系统集成和实施的有关问题,面向系统的成功实现,提出了将系统实施贯串于整个系统开发过程中的思想。

In this thesis, how to study and apply of system of CRM based on Web are discussed. Firstly, we summarize the principle of CRM, beginning with the current research condition, and introduce the concept, features and management principle of CRM. Secondly, we illustrate the basic architecture of web-based CRM system to form the basis of the further research and propose the integration of CRM system to the front end of enterprise, namely, the study on the business process re-engineering of CRM system. Then we discuss the key technique knowledge on CRM system based on Web, which included the technology of system interface, system safety and the design of net framework. And explain the technology of web service is a good solution to the problem of system interface in the Internet and the advantage of the develop way based on the B/S pattern. According to an application of CRM system based on Web, this thesis explains how to set up a CRM system based on Web, which include the customer requirement, analyzing the business process, system framework and system safety. At last, this thesis puts forward the extensive foreground of the system of web-based CRM with the expanding of the web technology and explains that there are some questions are to be resolve stilly in this thesis.
本文的研究内容首先从客户关系管理的研究现状出发,对客户关系管理加以概述,阐述CRM系统概念、系统特点和核心管理思想;并阐明了基于Web的CRM系统的基本架构为进一步的研究作铺垫,提出CRM系统对企业前端的整合,即对CRM系统的业务流程重构的研究;接下来说明基于Web的CRM系统开发的关键技术,包括系统体系结构的选择,系统接口以及系统安全三方面的技术要求,具体说明了B/S模式的原理及优点,Web Service是解决基于B/S模式系统的接口问题的最好方案;然后以一个销售管理CRM系统为例,说明如何构建一个基于Web的CRM系统,包括了系统设计要求、系统实现、系统功能框架和系统安全机制;最后根据当前通信和网络技术的发展,展望基于Web的CRM系统应用的广泛前景,并对在本文研究中还存在需要改进的地方进行了探讨。

To overcome the bad effect resulting from the nonlinearity time-variability and uncertainty on autopilot system performance during the motion process of aerodynamics missile, and to further improve the flight quality of missile, the autopilot system and used control method are researched. Firstly the integrant structure of system is discussed; then baaed un introducing the traditional PID method, controllers for missile attitude motion are designed respectively using fuzzy self-turning PID method and neural network self-adaptive PID method; at last a simulation experiment is finished. By comparing the simulation results that the designed controllers have good qualities is showed, and the feasibility and validity of applying fuzzy control and neural network into automatic control of aerodynamics missile is confirmed, and the base that other nonlinear control theory can be combined with the traditional control for missile to further improve the performance of missile control system is established.
为了克服飞航导弹运动过程中的非线性、时变性和不确定性对自动驾驶仪系统性能的不良影响,进一步提高导弹的飞行质量,对自动驾驶仪系统及其采用的控制方案进行了研究;首先对系统的整体结构进行了分析,然后在介绍经典PID方案的基础上,分别采用模糊自调整PID方案和神经网络自适应PID方案设计了导弹姿态运动控制器,最后进行了仿真实验;仿真结果的对比展示了所设计控制器良好的品质,验证了将模糊控制和神经网络应用于飞航导弹自动控制中的可行性和有效性,为其它非线性控制理论与导弹传统控制相结合以进一步提高导弹控制系统的性能奠定了基础。

The main content of this thesis is as follows: 1The structures of EPS are analyzed. The main components of EPS are introduced in detail. Then the distributed torque in EPS is analyzed and the control system model is set up. 2Three control modes are discussed and the control strategy of EPS is studied in detail. Three principal modules in the control strategy are discussed—the predicted module which predicts motor rotational speed and steering rotational speed, the power-assistant module and the return control module. 3The assistant torque curves of the motor are designed by using the B-spline, so that any kind of custom-built assistant torque curves can be designed according to different kinds of automobiles. 4The hardware frame of EPS is studied. The developed controller based on 8-bit MCU MC68HC908MR8 is introduced and many related circuit units are designed, including the control circuit, the driver control circuit and so on. The software structure is discussed, then the steering control program flowchart is given.
