Objective: To study the curative effect and influence of serum IL-2 using riboflavine laurate on patients with recurrent oral ulcers.

Methods: 408 cases of mild recurrent oral ulcers were randomly divided into two groups: The patients in experiment group were treated with riboflavine laurate 150 mg one time a week, last three period and routine treatment, while the patients in contorl group received only routine treatment.
