Methods fifty patients with chronic sinusitis or rhinopolypus who had undergone endoscopic sinus surgery are random divided into control group and controlled hypotension group, each 25 patients. All patients are ASAⅠ-Ⅱ.Patients in B group were under endotracheal anesthesia with1.5—2% isoflurane and sodium nitroferricyanide 1ug/ with infusion pump to controlled hypotension. Patients in A group were under operation with local anesthesia.
