In the towing tank, the calm water resistance experiment of SWATH model ASW-2 with canted struts has been conducted and researched. And based on the above-mentioned work, the method is also adapted to cope with the calculation of wave resistances for both vertical and canted-strut SWATHs. It is shown that the theoretical calculation results agree well with the test results. Compared with some other materials about SWATH, the results in this thesis show better agreement.

The results of the further analysis to complete 18S rDNA and nearlly completely 28S sequences of 4 Protura, 6Collembola, 5 Diplura, 5 Insecta, 10 Crustacean, using 1 Myriapoda and 1 Chelicerata as outgroups indicated that Protura, Collembola and Diplura are monophy, respectively, Protura and Diplura have the nearest realationship, they make sister groups with Collembola and all of them assemble with Insecta to make a monophy cluster of Hexapod; The results support the monophy of Pancrusracea, Crustacean is not a monophy cluster and the realationships between them with Hexapod need further reseachers.

In this paper, two kinds of uniflow hydrocyclone's spin movement are caused by bar vertex ban inlet setting. Its performance prediction is based on CFD analysis and a mass of test. By FLUENT application and selecting the RSM model, CFD analysis is performed on 66mm returned flow hydrocyclone and 70mm uniflow hydrocyclone (cone-shaped, columniform), pressure field and velocity field and inner flow field are gained, this approves the results of CFD analysis accord with experimental results. Based on the results of CFD analysis, the schemes of optimum structure may be raised.

Some methods aiming at the two problems have been researched. First, the optimal number of ATE site can be calculated based on a cost model of DAT-ATE. Second, the problem of test schedule which is equitant with two-dimensional Bin-Packing problem is presented. Then a TCG denotation satisfied with T-admissible rule is more convenient for combinational optimization. With Simulated annealing algorithm, better test scheduling results can be achieved; but there is no great optimization space because the efficiency of scheduling is greater than 90%. Third, A novel test compression method——Multi-capture testing is proposed to compress the stimuli. And the ATPG results show that MC achieves high compression ratio which is greater than 90% in some large-scale circuits. MISR, widely used in LBIST, is employed to compress the responses. The aliasing analysis demonstrates that the fault coverage reduction is little due to the existence of aliasing. Fourth, an improved TIC (called S-TIC) aiming at structured test is proposed based on ARM's TIC. A MC scheduling algorithm is proposed to compute the SoC test time and combine MC vectors to SoC test vectors. The scheduling results shows that test time is greatly reduced when using the proper scheduling priority.

首先，给出了低成本ATE的成本模型，根据此模型得到最低测试成本时系统级测试调度的基本参数——测试Site数；其次，本文将DAT-Scan方式的SoC测试调度等价为两维BP问题，为有效地求解该问题，将该BP问题表示为TCG图并通过模拟退火算法解决其求解过于复杂的问题，调度的结果表明该方法在测试时间上有一定改善，并指出DAT-Scan测试调度效率已经大于90％，进一步优化的空间较小；第三，本文尝试通过测试压缩来解决激励所需的测试带宽，提出了Multi-capture结构并解决了MC测试过程中的&矢量&退化问题，MC测试的ATPG结果表明其测试压缩率很高（大电路接近90％）；第四，在激励获得很高压缩比的情况下，测试响应也需压缩，本文采用LBIST中常用的MISR作为MC测试的响应压缩电路，理论分析和实验结果都证明了MC测试的别名对故障覆盖率影响较小（小于2％），并对两类别名的成因做了具体分析；第五，在MC测试及其响应压缩的基础上，本文改进了ARM公司的测试控制器TIC使之适合于MC测试，为了解决MC测试矢量合成问题，本文抽取了MC测试模型，通过固定优先级的MC测试调度模拟将MC矢量合成为ATE矢量，并模拟出了总的MC测试时间。

The results showed that (1) The grain size of nanometer YiO_2 was40～80nm.The wavelength corresponding to the maximum absorbency values were observedin the 200～320nm range.The crystal structure of carbon doped TiO_2 photocatalyst is primarilyanatase(22.43% rutile), and the content of carbon is about 4.6%.(2) The relative humidityvaring from 8% to 80%, the photocatalytic degradation degree of benzene increased withincreasing relative humidity; and to toluene, degradation rate was hanced by relative humidityup to 60%, and more or less inhibited above 60%.(3) Scheme and results of orthogonal testswere used by evaluating the photocatalytic performance of the gas phase methanol, acetoneand 1-heptane.The results revealed that their degradation degree reached 84.5%, 93.39% and93.45%, respectively.(4) The 254nm UV lamp showed higher photocatalytic degradation rate.For methanol, acetone and 1-heptane, it was found that photocatalytic degradation reactionoccurs with the light strength of daylight lamp.(5) Under the the same conditions, 15%degradation degree has been obtained for benzene, whilst about 10% degradation degree wasattained by Degussa P25; During the initial phases, the toluene revealed higher photocatalyticactivity, comparing with Degussa P25, the degradation degree of methanol, acetone and1-heptane were slightly lower.

结果表明：(1)CVD法制备的纳米TiO_2光催化剂，颗粒球形度好、粒径在40～80nm之间；最大吸光度值所对应的波长为200～320nm；含碳量约为4.6％；晶型组成主要为锐钛矿型，金红石的含量约为22.43％；(2)在相对湿度为8％～80％范围内，苯的光催化降解率随着相对湿度的增大而增大；甲苯在相对湿度为60％时达到最好降解效果，当相对湿度增大到80％时光催化效果降低；(3)将正交实验设计及实验方案应用于气相甲醇、丙酮和正庚烷光催化降解研究，实验结果表明：三者最高降解率分别为84.5％、93.39％和93.45％；(4)有254nm紫外灯参与的光催化实验可以大大提高有机气体的光催化降解率；在日光灯的照射下，掺碳纳米TiO_2对气相甲醇、丙酮和正庚烷具有一定的光催化氧化能力；(5)较P25粉，在相同的光催化操作条件下：气相苯的平均降解率达15％，高于P25粉10％的降解率；气相甲苯在初始阶段具有较高的反应速率；气相甲醇、丙酮和正庚烷的降解率略低于P25粉。
