In order to disclose the adaptive strategies and capacity of Potaninia mongolica Maxim, acquired during its evolution history, the whole response system, which was composed of individual morphology plasticity response, organs anatomy structure response, physiological function response of anti-arid and anti-hotness, activities of protective enzymes response, endogenous hormone adjustment response, sexual reproduction strategies response of seeding, dispreading, sprouting and renewing, asexual reproduction strategies response of clonal growth patterns, clonal growth architectures, clonal growth architectures plasticity, heterogeneous resources utilization strategies, endogenous hormone distribution in clonal organs, foraging behavior, risk-spreading, and resource sharing, individual density allocation patterns response, niche differentiation response, species connection response, allelopathy response and biodiversity components response of the plant was profoundly explored in this paper.The studies come to at least four important results:(1) Taking the sensitive response and evading strategy to adapt to environment stress, Potaninia mongolica Maxim is a successful species has lived through the long-term evolution. Nevertheless, it is narrow climate and soil niche and characteristic of vegetation reproduction which has made the plant a rare and endangered species.

本论文通过对绵刺环境胁迫下个体形态可塑性响应、器官解剖结构响应、抗旱性和抗热性生理功能响应、保护酶系统激活响应、内源激素调控响应，有性繁殖对策中结实、扩散、萌发、更新等生活史过程响应，无性繁殖对策中克隆生长格局响应、克隆生长构型响应、克隆生长构型可塑性响应、克隆生长构型与资源异质性响应、内源激素调控克隆生长构型响应、克隆器官结构与功能响应、觅食行为响应、风险分摊响应、资源共享响应，种群中格局配置响应、生态位分异响应，群落中种间关联、异株克生响应、生物多样性组成响应等内容进行研究，揭示绵刺在进化过程中的适应对策和适应能力，为绵刺保护提供理论依据。

Studied the solid particles cyclone separation under structural parameters and operating parameters of different hydrocyclone, the results showed that major factor influence split ratio is in the ratio of entrance to exit pressure of hydrocyclone. Exit pressure has a certain influence on the split ratio, the various of the diameter and cone angle of hydrocyclone (in the ratio of entrance to exit pressure is constant) have no influence on split ratio; With diameter and cone angle increase, the separation granularity gradually increasing and recovery ratio decreasing; With entrance pressure increase, the separation granularity of hydrocyclone decrease, the split ratio of underset will increase slowly; With the diameter of overflow pipe increase, the separation granularity of hydrocyclone increasing and recovery ratio decreasing; With the diameter of underset pipe increasing, the separation granularity of hydrocyclone decreasing and recovery ratio increasing.

Correctional checking formula of melt flow ratio in injection molding was obtained by introducing a correction coefficient β which reflected the complexity degree of mold cavity. The results show that, the maximum flow ratio of 486 can be obtained when injection pressure ranges from 150 MPa to 160 MPa in Archimedes spiral mold for PP, while maximum flow ratio of 419 can be obtained when injection pressure ranges from 160 MPa to 170 MPa for PE. There is a local fluctuation phenomenon for flow ratio and corresponding injection rate in square spiral mold when injection pressure of 100, 120 and 150 MPa for PP and 130, 140 MPa for PE are reached respectively,and this phenomenon is more serious for good fluidity of melt. The average flow ratio in Archimedes spiral mold is 6% larger than that in square spiral mold for PP, and 4% for PE, the average flow ratio of PP is 19% bigger than PE in Archimedes spiral mold, and 15% in square spiral mold. The influence of the cavity profiles on the melt flow ratio is more significant for good fluidity of melt.

研究结果表明：在阿基米德螺旋线模具中，PP在注射压力为150~160 MPa时取得最大流动比485，PE在注射压力为160~170 MPa时取得最大流动比419；在方形螺旋线模具中，PP在注射压力为100，120和150 MPa，PE在注射压力为130和140 MPa时流动比及所对应的注射速率出现波动，且流动性好的熔体波动更为严重；PP在阿基米德螺旋线模具中的流动比均值较其在方形螺旋线模具中大6%，而PE大4%；在阿基米德螺旋线模具中流动比均值PP比PE的流动比均值大19%，而在方形螺旋线模具中PP的流动比均值比PE的大15%；流动性好的熔体受模具型腔轮廓特征影响大。

The results were as follows:(1) The spectral sensitivity response at 14 monochromatic light selected through 340nm to 605nm occurred in curve with multiple peaks, the primary peak in 340nm (ultra-violet) is the highest response rate of phototaxis (21%), the secondary in 524nm, and the rest in 400-440nm and 483nm in order;(2) The response rate of phototaxis is increasing as the relative intensity of light, it is showed as curves with inverse "L" shape in white light and the monochromatic light of 483nm, as an upward ladder at 524nm and a near straight line at 340nm. However, the response rate could be detected at the lowest intensity and not arrived to the summit at the strongest yet;(3) The effect of sex to response to the spectral sensitivity and intensity is not significant;(4) There was not significant photophobism response to light for the ladybird, the behavior probably derived from phototaxis or partly due to random movements. It can be concluded that both the spectrum and intensity of light stimulus gave rise to the phototaxis of P.

结果显示：（1）在340~605nm波谱内其光谱趋光行为反应为多峰型，峰间主次不明显，紫外340nm处峰最高，趋光反应率达21%，其它各峰依大小次序分别位于绿光524nm、蓝光400~440nm和483nm处；（2）随光强增强其趋光反应率增大，白光和483nm刺激时其光强趋光行为反应呈一倒"L"型式样，524nm时呈一阶梯型，340nm时为一较平直的线型；光强最弱时仍均有一定趋光率，最强时均未出现高端平台；（3）性别对其光谱和光强度行为反应均有一定影响，但影响不大；（4）龟纹瓢虫无明显的避光反应，其避光行为可能是趋光行为衍生或其随机活动造成。

Therefore,a series studies of ice-pier vibration are performed from different aspects in this paper.The main work of this his thesis is summarized as follows:(1) Ice response spectra is proposed based on the idea of a seismic response spectra analysis of str .. uctures.Firstly,ice response spectra on the basis of power spectra density function is established;Secondly,based on the assumption of quadratic parabolic interpolation method,the nonlinear interpolation analysis method of ice response spectra is studied from both theoretical and practical points of view,and the successive computation formulas including ice displacement,velocity and acceleration response spectrum are deduced by Duhamel integral.Furthermore,to analyze the effectivity and applicability of the method, the real temporal curves of ice pressure are used to be studied.The results show that the presented method is more convenient and accurate to study the structural response induced by ice force,also it can be effectively applied in the design of ice resistance.

鉴于此，本文针对冰激桥墩结构振动问题从不同方面展开了一系列与之相关的研究，主要研究内容如下：(1)根据结构抗震反应分析思想提出了冰振反应谱，首先建立了基于功率谱密度函数的冰振反应谱；其次借鉴地震反应谱内插法的思想从理论和实际观点出发，假定在等距离微小时间间隔内冰荷载按二次抛物线规律变化，由Duhamel积分推导出冰振位移、速度以及加速度反应谱的一系列连锁公式，建立了基于非线性内插法的冰振反应谱，并利用实际冰压力时程曲线进行了冰振反应谱数值分析，为以后冰激结构振动的研究提供一种方便、简捷、精确的分析方法，也能够将其有效地应用到结构的抗冰计算中。

In Wistar rats, latent period of a-wave in scotopic rod response after 1-week transplantation was shorten (P.05); and latent period of a-wave in scotopic rod response after 2-week transplantation was prolonged (P.05); while latent period of b-wave in scotopic maximum response after 1-week transplantation was shorten (P.05). In RCS rats, amplitude of a-wave in scotopic rod response and photopic response after 4-week transplantation was increased (PO.05); while latent period of a-wave in scotopic rod response after 4-week transplantation was shorten (PO.05).Conclusion 1. At the age of 3 months, photoreceptors of the RCS rat degenerated completely, which leaded to the reduction of amplitudes of a-wave and b-wave.

In the study of infrared radiation character, different species of tourmaline and Draviteoccurring in pegmatites from Hebei that are different in granularity and heattreatmenttemperature are chose for infrared radiation ratio testing. The result shows:The infraredradiation ratio of tourmaline powder is above 0.80 when the surrounding temperature is 20℃and the testing temperature is below 100℃;Schorl has a close infrared radiation ratio to Dravite,which is higher than Elbaite;No matter to Dravite or Schorl, as the content of ferric oxideincreases, the infrared radiation ratio decreases;tourmaline's size is smaller, its infraredradiation ratio is higher;after tourmaline is heat-treated under 800℃, its infrared radiation ratiodeclines;Dravite heat-treated at 800℃ has the highest infrared radiation ratio, 0.90;andDravite's structure suffers from destruction above 900℃ heattreatment, so its infrared radiationratio goes down.

在红外辐射特性的研究中，本文选择了不同种属电气石、不同粒度和不同热处理温度河北伟晶岩镁电气石进行红外发射率的测试，结果表明：在环境温度为20℃、测试温度为100℃下，电气石粉体红外发射率均在0.80以上；铁、镁电气石红外发射率相近，且大于锂电气石；不论在铁电气石还是在镁电气石中，随氧化铁质量分数的增加，红外辐射率下降；电气石粒径越小，红外发射率越高；电气石在低于800℃以下温度的热处理后，红外发射率下降，800℃热处理电气石红外发射率最高，为0.90，900℃以上电气石结构遭到破坏，红外发射率降低。

Better denitrification efficiency could be obtained with adding amylo and the removal ratios of ammonia nitrogen were at least 93%. The removal ratio of TN increased gradually with the increasing of C/N ratio. When C/N ratio was 10, the best removal ratio of TN could reach 80.81%. But when C/N ratio added on 12, the ratio removal of TN was not increased only keeping about 75%.
