In order to disclose the adaptive strategies and capacity of Potaninia mongolica Maxim, acquired during its evolution history, the whole response system, which was composed of individual morphology plasticity response, organs anatomy structure response, physiological function response of anti-arid and anti-hotness, activities of protective enzymes response, endogenous hormone adjustment response, sexual reproduction strategies response of seeding, dispreading, sprouting and renewing, asexual reproduction strategies response of clonal growth patterns, clonal growth architectures, clonal growth architectures plasticity, heterogeneous resources utilization strategies, endogenous hormone distribution in clonal organs, foraging behavior, risk-spreading, and resource sharing, individual density allocation patterns response, niche differentiation response, species connection response, allelopathy response and biodiversity components response of the plant was profoundly explored in this paper.The studies come to at least four important results:(1) Taking the sensitive response and evading strategy to adapt to environment stress, Potaninia mongolica Maxim is a successful species has lived through the long-term evolution. Nevertheless, it is narrow climate and soil niche and characteristic of vegetation reproduction which has made the plant a rare and endangered species.

本论文通过对绵刺环境胁迫下个体形态可塑性响应、器官解剖结构响应、抗旱性和抗热性生理功能响应、保护酶系统激活响应、内源激素调控响应，有性繁殖对策中结实、扩散、萌发、更新等生活史过程响应，无性繁殖对策中克隆生长格局响应、克隆生长构型响应、克隆生长构型可塑性响应、克隆生长构型与资源异质性响应、内源激素调控克隆生长构型响应、克隆器官结构与功能响应、觅食行为响应、风险分摊响应、资源共享响应，种群中格局配置响应、生态位分异响应，群落中种间关联、异株克生响应、生物多样性组成响应等内容进行研究，揭示绵刺在进化过程中的适应对策和适应能力，为绵刺保护提供理论依据。

Study 2 used 2(conflict target: supervisor/subordinate)×3(conflict management mode: integrating/obliging/dominating ) design, letting participants to evaluate the effeciency and appropriateness of the management mode used in the contexts. The results showed:(1) the integrating mode were perceived most efficient and appropriage within the three conflict modes;(2) the interaction between the referent role of conflict object and the management mode is significant, which means when the conflict took place with the supervisor, the participants thought the obliging mode was more appropriate and efficient , while when it took place between the subordinate, they thought the dominating mode was more appropriate and efficient than obliging mode.(3)the interaction between SDO and conflict management mode is significant, which means the participants with high SDO would make no preference between obliging and dominating mode, but the participates with low SDO would favor the dominating rather than obliging mode;(4) the interaction between dialectical ways of thinking and conflict management mode is significant, the lower the level of dialectical way of thinking the participants were, the more difference were found between the appraisal of obliging and dominating mode.(5) the moderating effect of SDO and dialectical ways of thinking to the relationship between conflict object and management mode were not significant, which means the relative position of conflict object in China is so strong that can't be affected by SDO and dialectical ways of thinking.

研究二采用2*3（冲突处理方式：迁就/支配/整合）的情境设计，让被试对情境中冲突主角的冲突处理方式进行恰当有效性的评价，结果显示： 1、在与上级或下级发生冲突时，被试对迁就、支配和整合三种策略中整合式的恰当有效性的评价最高；2、冲突对象的相对地位与冲突处理方式之间的交互作用显著，即当与上级发生冲突时，被试认为使用迁就的处理方式比支配的方式更恰当有效，而与下级发生冲突时，被试则认为使用支配的处理方式比迁就的方式更有效； 3、SDO与冲突处理方式之间的交互作用显著，即SDO水平高的被试对迁就式与支配式的认知评价没有差异，而SDO水平低的被试对支配式比迁就式有更高的评价；4、辩证思维水平与冲突处理方式之间的交互作用显著，即低辩证思维水平的个体比高辩证的个体对支配式与迁就式的评价差异更大；5、SDO水平及辩证思维方式水平对冲突对象影响冲突处理方式评价的程度的调节作用不显著。

First, the rural social security system should be developed in accordance with the national conditions, including economic and social development status quo, people's views and security traditions. Next, the thesis puts forward the guiding thought and general principles for the establishment of the system based on the national conditions, and clearly sets forth the idea of establishing the transitional rural social security system. In order to analyze and correct this effect, the method to calculate turn-off time is given. According to theoretical TEM response of multiturn loop source, TEM response affected by linear and half-sine turn-off current was calculated, and Taylor's series expansion was used by calculating TEM response of half-sine turn-off current. The two mode's responses, linear mode's response and half-sine mode's response, were analyzed in turn-off time 2μs-100μs.

为了分析和校正这种影响，文中给出了关断时间的计算方法，根据多匝回线源产生的瞬变场理论解析式，计算了线性和半正弦关断电流影响下瞬变场表达式，计算半正弦关断电流产生的瞬变场时将正弦函数进行泰勒展开；分析了关断时间在2 μs~100 μs之间两种关断模式产生的瞬变响应。

The results were as follows:(1) The spectral sensitivity response at 14 monochromatic light selected through 340nm to 605nm occurred in curve with multiple peaks, the primary peak in 340nm (ultra-violet) is the highest response rate of phototaxis (21%), the secondary in 524nm, and the rest in 400-440nm and 483nm in order;(2) The response rate of phototaxis is increasing as the relative intensity of light, it is showed as curves with inverse "L" shape in white light and the monochromatic light of 483nm, as an upward ladder at 524nm and a near straight line at 340nm. However, the response rate could be detected at the lowest intensity and not arrived to the summit at the strongest yet;(3) The effect of sex to response to the spectral sensitivity and intensity is not significant;(4) There was not significant photophobism response to light for the ladybird, the behavior probably derived from phototaxis or partly due to random movements. It can be concluded that both the spectrum and intensity of light stimulus gave rise to the phototaxis of P.

结果显示：（1）在340~605nm波谱内其光谱趋光行为反应为多峰型，峰间主次不明显，紫外340nm处峰最高，趋光反应率达21%，其它各峰依大小次序分别位于绿光524nm、蓝光400~440nm和483nm处；（2）随光强增强其趋光反应率增大，白光和483nm刺激时其光强趋光行为反应呈一倒"L"型式样，524nm时呈一阶梯型，340nm时为一较平直的线型；光强最弱时仍均有一定趋光率，最强时均未出现高端平台；（3）性别对其光谱和光强度行为反应均有一定影响，但影响不大；（4）龟纹瓢虫无明显的避光反应，其避光行为可能是趋光行为衍生或其随机活动造成。

Therefore,a series studies of ice-pier vibration are performed from different aspects in this paper.The main work of this his thesis is summarized as follows:(1) Ice response spectra is proposed based on the idea of a seismic response spectra analysis of str .. uctures.Firstly,ice response spectra on the basis of power spectra density function is established;Secondly,based on the assumption of quadratic parabolic interpolation method,the nonlinear interpolation analysis method of ice response spectra is studied from both theoretical and practical points of view,and the successive computation formulas including ice displacement,velocity and acceleration response spectrum are deduced by Duhamel integral.Furthermore,to analyze the effectivity and applicability of the method, the real temporal curves of ice pressure are used to be studied.The results show that the presented method is more convenient and accurate to study the structural response induced by ice force,also it can be effectively applied in the design of ice resistance.

鉴于此，本文针对冰激桥墩结构振动问题从不同方面展开了一系列与之相关的研究，主要研究内容如下：(1)根据结构抗震反应分析思想提出了冰振反应谱，首先建立了基于功率谱密度函数的冰振反应谱；其次借鉴地震反应谱内插法的思想从理论和实际观点出发，假定在等距离微小时间间隔内冰荷载按二次抛物线规律变化，由Duhamel积分推导出冰振位移、速度以及加速度反应谱的一系列连锁公式，建立了基于非线性内插法的冰振反应谱，并利用实际冰压力时程曲线进行了冰振反应谱数值分析，为以后冰激结构振动的研究提供一种方便、简捷、精确的分析方法，也能够将其有效地应用到结构的抗冰计算中。

In Wistar rats, latent period of a-wave in scotopic rod response after 1-week transplantation was shorten (P.05); and latent period of a-wave in scotopic rod response after 2-week transplantation was prolonged (P.05); while latent period of b-wave in scotopic maximum response after 1-week transplantation was shorten (P.05). In RCS rats, amplitude of a-wave in scotopic rod response and photopic response after 4-week transplantation was increased (PO.05); while latent period of a-wave in scotopic rod response after 4-week transplantation was shorten (PO.05).Conclusion 1. At the age of 3 months, photoreceptors of the RCS rat degenerated completely, which leaded to the reduction of amplitudes of a-wave and b-wave.

The symmetric mode, a state mode, and antisymmetric mode, a propagate westward mode, of ocean and atmosphere are distinguished clearly from each other. Also, the primary part which determines the symmetric mode emerges from non-divergenct wind and the dominant part which contributes to the antisymmetric mode mostly is irrotational wind. The article also compares the disparity of the climatology distribution of SST and sea surface wind field between 1948-1975 and 1976-2005. The SST of both the tropical Indian Ocean and the tropical Pacific after 80's is warm than before 80's .
