On the basis of its importance both in theoretical research and practical application, gait recognition needs to be further studied. With the help of current research findings, this thesis has made the following innovative contributions: 1. Based on the perceptual shape descriptors and the eigenspace transformation, a new automatic gait recognition algorithm is proposed. The principal component analysis and the multiple discriminant analysis are used to reduce data dimensionality and to optimize the separability of different classes.

In this paper, a new medical impedance imaging modality (Magnetic resonance electrical impedance tomography-MREIT) is first introduced, including its mathematical theories and the reconstruction algorithms. Then its application in early breast cancer detection research is introduced in detail. Finally, its future research direction and major problems are summarized.

本文在此前提下介绍了一种高分辨率的医学电阻抗成像技术－磁共振电阻抗成像技术的成像原理与成像算法，然后介绍了MREIT技术在早期乳腺癌检测方向的应用，最后分析了该研究方向的发展前景以及目前存在的问题。

The results showed that the peak latency and pattern of SEPs elicited by electrical needling in LI-l1 and MP were similar. The amplitude of SEPs elicited by electrical needling in LI-l1 was higher than that of MP. There was no obvious SEPs generation when MM was electrical needling.
