Results:Part1: Mean serum EPO concentration of CRF patients showed significant lower than that of control. Their EPO concentration increased significantly and double peaks of EPO level were obtained at day 4 and week 4. 4 cases in IGF suffered from post-transplant erythrocytosis. But their EPO concentration did not reach statistical significance. 5 cases developed delayed graft function, without EPO double peaks and their EPO concentrations showed signiffcant lower than that of IGF.

结果：第一部分：尿毒症病人血清EPO浓度明显低于正常对照值。37例立即肾功能恢复者，SCr迅速下降，Hb上升，其血清EPO浓度在术后第4d形成第一个高峰，与术前和正常对照比较均有显著差异，其后开始下降，在术后4w时再次升高形成第二个高峰。4例IGF患者在术后16w左右发展为PTE，其EPO浓度值略增高，但与IGF组患者EPO水平无统计学差异；5例DGF患者术后无典型的双峰特点，EPO水平明显低于同时期IGF组，直到肾功能恢复后才逐渐升高。
