The paper is based on the rupture-dynamical theory and DNV RP-F101 recommendatory method, through the study of three corrosion models, we have built up rational estimation model, adopted subentry safety coefficient method and allowed stress method to estimate the remaining strength of corrodent pipelines, and finally, introduced the Genetic Algorithms method to compute the reliability of corrodent pipelines, gaining the reliability index, and provided corresponding program.
