Effect of protein and lipid in rice on starch physicochemical characteristics, difference between the region of non-chalkiness and chalkiness of rice, dynamic variation of cell structure and CaM distribution on rice spike were expounded in this study. It was found that protein and lipid in rice had important effect on starch gelatinization, there were distinct differences between the region of non-chalkiness and chalkiness of rice, vascular bundle system in rice spike was changed during grain filling, difference quality of different position of rice spike was more distinct in dense spike rice for more powerful vascular bundle system, the development of rice seeds was corresponded to pericarp development, difference quality of different position of rice spike was also related to transport function of rachilla besides activity of "source", and calmodulin relative activity was closely related to grain filling velocity and enginery properties.
通过实验发现:稻米中蛋白质、脂肪对淀粉的糊化过程有着较大的影响;精米的非垩白与垩白部位以及心白与腹白部位之间在蛋白质、氨基酸含量及组成方面存在着明显差异:水稻穗部大维管束面积以及主穗轴维管束数目在灌浆过程中存在明显的动态变化趋势;密穗型水稻强势粒的维管组织比散穗型水稻发达,致使其强、弱势粒维管组织差异明显加大;果皮的发育与籽粒发育状况是相适应的:强势粒和弱势粒在灌浆生理方面的差异,不仅表现在籽粒本身的&库活性&上,而且也与其着生小穗轴的输导功能有关;CaM相对活性与水稻灌浆速率、机能特征间存在着密切联系。

By analyzing the cultivated land data from different sources in different phases after 1949,the paper considers the statistics with more errors happens during 1960-1985.According to the systematic data on land use gathered in the 1996 survey,based on reverse deduction of the cultivated land area from 1986 to 1996,and deduction of the cultivated land area from 1960 to 1985 by stages by employing yield of grain,this paper redescribed the actual changing trend and character of Chinese cultivated land and analyzed the driving force of the policy relative to cultivated land to cultivated land area change.
针对该问题,论文对1949~2003年不同时期不同来源的耕地数据系列进行分析,认为统计数据存在问题较多的时期为1960~1985年,并采用粮食产量对耕地面积进行了分时期的反演,对于1986~1996年间的耕地数量则按照全国土地利用详查统一到1996年的结果再进行反推,由此重新刻画建国以来中国耕地资源数量变化的趋势和特征,并结合不同时段耕地相关政策对耕地数量变化的驱动作用进行分析。

The MS spectra of the extracts of five Bulbu Fritillartae species indicated that the major molecular ions were similar to each other, but different varieties showed very different relative abundances of these molecular ions.

On the basis of the metioned above, in the mass, the thesis amalyzes the ecological problems that Wuzhong has and the reasons that result then in , ecological construction acheivments and it"s consumable affecs ;then in detail and using the way combined fix quatity with quality , analyzes the condition, degree, mechanism, processof ecological caustic of various regions and kinds of ecological systems in Wuzzhong, juging the feasibility of restore and reconstruction of them. The paper indicates, as a whole ,the degree of eological caustic of the region is relative severity, but the diffefences between the plain region and the mountains region are very obvious, and all of them can be retored and rconstructed, wich has been proved by theory and practices. According to the conclutions and combining them with the mature theory ecological fumction dividings and the condition of Wuzhong"s mature and society , the study divides the region into seven ecological functional areas. On basis of the ecological construction strategic targets presented by the governments of the country and Ningxia,Wuzhong and the caustic condions of different ecological system in defferent areas, the author design the models of ecological restoration and reconstruction for the different ecological areas and how to use them.

The paper studied the effects of five kinds of photoperiod(16、 14、 12、 10、 8h light/d) on the two cultivars of camellia japonica('White snow tower' and ' White-red peony').The morphological and physiological indexes relative to growth were measured. Then the critical daylength and the flower bud differentiation of ' White snow tower ' and ' White-red peony' were defined. The results indicated:(1)Camellia japonica was long-daylength plant, and different cultivar had different critical daylength,the critical daylength of 'White snow tower' was about 14 h light/day,while the critical daylength of 'White-red peony' was about 12 h light/day.
