Objective To study the statement of immunoreaction of c Jun and functional recovery of spinal cord injury in rats after fetal spinal cord transplantation.Methods Experimental rats were divided into two groups:spinal cord hemisection injury combination with transplants of FSC to injured site group,and spinal cord injury that received gelfoam pledgets group.On the lst,3th,7th,14th and 28th day after operation,6 animals in each group at each time phase,were observed for their function recovery with the methods of praxiology and electro physiological examination,the animals were then sacrificed for the observation of the statement of c Jun reaction by immnochemistry method and computer image analysis system was used for quantitative analysis.

Fe and Al in the system were removed by precipitation at pH≈5. Co2 was obtained by precipitation at pH=9.5~10, it was then purified by reprecipitation. Co3O4 was obtained by calcining Co2 at 500℃ for 2h, the purity of which was 99.3%. The recovery rate of Co was 97%. Li2CO3 was obtained by adding Na2CO3 to the mother liquor, the purity of which was 97.8%. The one-time recovery for Li was 73%. The mother liquor can be reused after being cooled to below 10℃ and Na2SO410H2O is recovered.

Through the three-layer water flooding experiment to study injection strategy, interlayer interference and recovery factors. True sandstone micro-model water flooding used newly developed color visual image analysis system researched water-drive types, forms of residual oil and waterflood efficiency. Percolation mathematical model was established, black oil simulation program was developed, long-core displacement experimental results were matched, pressure and saturation change were researched by the simulation matching results.

Digital simulation for the integrated imformation transmission network of a certain power company is performed, the QoS under three configuration schemes, i.e., without QoS configuraiton, with simple differnece service configuraiton and with MPLS network configuration, are compared. Comparison resutls show that the configuration scheme of MPLS network can implement the load balance among link circuits and possesses fault self-recovery mechanism, so the failure elements can be quickly detected and the switching over of data flow among label switched paths can be realized. The fault recovery time is within miliseconds, therefore the QoS of power system realtime information can be ensured effectively and the QoS of various non-realtime information can be considered as well.
