A better algorithm and corresponding real time implementation scheme are proposed. By methodic arranging the clocks of CPU and AD/DA, the scheme can not only scale the pitch in two octave range effectively, but also process the real time input audio for synchronous scaling output. The experimental results on Windows platform indicate the modest CPU and memory consumption, so as to meet the requirement of real time applications.

This study choose Changle Gaoya reservoir irrigation areas as the study sites, through the installation of different ultrasonic equipment on open channel of non-uniform flow to study the flow gauging of non-uniform flow in open channel:(1)5 tracks ultrasonic open channel flow meter used to real-time monitoring the flow of velocity ,water depth and discharge;(2)Ultrasonic liquid level gauge used to real-time measure the upper level and tail level of the two sections ,then the computer calculated average water level, gradient of water table and discharge;(3)Change the open channel water conveyance into pipeline full flow water conveyance, installed the ultrasonic liquid level gauge and pipe flow gauge on the inflow point and surface of pipe, water level and discharge would detect in real time.

In this paper RoboCup Mid-size Robot are the object of study from the two sides of the robot system and the system of multi-robot cooperation, the main research results are as follows: First, this paper reasearches the problom of the hardware and software architecture of Mid-size robots. According to the real-time requirements of the competition, the paper designs the mechanism of omni-direction wheels, which achieves a great improvement on the traditional mechanism of two wheels robot, and a more flexible response. This mechanism can adapt well to the increasingly rapid pace of the competition. In allusion to the mechanism of omni-direction wheels, this paper designs the electrical control system of three nodes in the bottom, which could communicate fast to the laptop with serial port and match the real-time requirements well. According to the problom of hitting power and speed of robot when shooting, this paper designes a motor-driven tongue-shaped spring shooting mechanism, which has a simple mechanical structure, smaller space in size and simple control circuit. This shooting mechanism meets the real-time requirements of the competition better.
