Methods A total of 60 male rats were randomly assigned into normal group,model group,drug control group,low -dose(17.5 mg·kg-1),mid-dose (35.0 mg·kg-1) and high -dose QLS (70.0 mg·kg-1) groups,10 rats in each group. The prostate weight and index were decreased significantly in Qianliening granule groups with meddle and high doses (P.01), the level of testosterone was increased significantly and E2 was decreased obviously in Qianliening granule group with high doses.
