METHODS The models of acute inflammation in ear of mice induced by dimethylbenzene,arthroncus in rats made by carrageenin,subacute inflammation of tampon granuloma in mice and adjuvant arthritis in rats were made,and all above animal models were treated with25,50,100mg/L of the bear bile lyophilized powder injection and observed the curative effects.

方法］ 分别制作二甲苯所致小鼠急性耳壳炎模型，交叉菜胶所致大鼠关节肿胀模型和小鼠棉球肉芽肿亚急性炎症模型。各组均分别给予25，50，100mg/L熊胆冻干针剂，观察疗效。

Results: The changes following hydrocortisone intervention of rats could be identified by PCA, and the kidney deficiency syndrome rats entered a state of "hyperfunction", involving a series of changes in metabolic pathway and metabolic network. The response integral area of lactic acid (δ 1.37) increased, indicating the accumulation of metabolites of lactic acid. The amount of dimethylamine (δ 2.72) also increased, indicating that the disorder of kidney function was related to kidney-deficiency syndrome. The response of creatinine (δ 3.87), asparaginic acid (δ 2.83), taurine (δ 3.44, 3.28), and hippurate (δ 7.84, 7.56, 7.64, 3.97) all decreased significantly, indicating that the hydrocortisone might cause adrenal cortex excretion injury. The response integral area of succinate (δ 2.41) and citric acid (δ 2.53, 2.68) decreased, which was usually caused by disorder of the mitochondrial function.

结果：PCA方法处理肾虚证和空白对照大鼠尿液数据显示，两组大鼠的数据可以在得分图实现分类，与对照组比较肾虚组大鼠由于氢化可的松诱导，大鼠机体进入一个过消耗后衰弱的状态，相关代谢发生显著变化，乳酸(δ 1.37)代谢发生堆积；二甲胺(δ 2.72)的含量增加，提示肾虚与肾功能异常是密切相关的；天冬氨酸(δ 2.83)，牛磺酸(δ 3.44， 3.25)，马尿酸(δ 7.84， 7.56， 7.64， 3.97)，肌氨酸(δ 3.87)等的相对积分面积明显下降，这预示糖皮质激素可能引起了肾上腺皮质分泌功能的损害；琥珀酸(δ 2.41)和柠檬酸(δ 2.53， 2.68)是三羧酸循环能量代谢及糖酵解的中间产物，其含量的降低，通常是由于线粒体功能紊乱所引起。

Results:The three groups of P77PMC rats which experienced 30 and less than 30 times of audiogenic seizure and the Wistar control group did not display MF sprouting in dentate gyrus, however, the group of P77PMC rats which experienced 50 times of AGS was found hippocampal MF sprouting into the inner molecular layer of dentate gyrus.

结果：在全身性强直阵挛性惊厥发作次数少于30次的P77PMC大鼠以及对照的Wistar大鼠海马内均未见到MF发芽表现；而在经历50次Ⅳ～Ⅴ级听源性惊厥发作的一组P77PMC大鼠海马内观察到了MF发芽的现象，在海马齿状回内分子层内见到Timm染色呈棕黑色颗粒异常分布的MF末梢。

The main peaks of the EEG power spectra were in delta and theta frequency range. In the stage of ethanol exposure, the rats exhibited much more act of attack than the control, the alpha waves of EEG decreased, while the delta waves increased. The EEG power spectra analysis showed the delta power increased and the theta power decreased. In the stage of ethanol withdrawal, the rats showed some withdrawal behaviors such as wet dog shakes, sniffing, groomingand tonic-clonic seizures for audiogenic stimulus. Spikes and spike-slow waves were found in the EEG. In power spectra analysis, the delta power decreased while the alpha and the theta power increased, the EEG frequency band moved to the high-frequency rang. These changes were found obviously on the sixth day and disappeared on the 1 Oth day after the ethanol was removed.

本研究发现：1、对照组大鼠行为无异常，伏核EEG以α节律为主，散在出现δ和θ节律；功率主峰在δ和θ频段范围，整个过程中未发现手术对伏核EEG及脑电功率谱有影响。2、在慢性饮酒过程中，大鼠攻击性行为增加，伏核 EEG的α节律明显减少，散在出现的高幅慢活动δ波逐渐增多，功率谱分析表明δ频段功率百分比明显增加，而θ频段功率百分比明显减少，总功率减少。3、停饮后，大鼠出现湿狗样抖动、打喷嚏等撤药综合症，并且高频声音刺激能引发惊厥；伏核EEG出现棘波和棘慢综合波，并持续增多，功率谱分析显示δ频段功率百分比 5 南京医科大学硕士学位论文逐渐减少，而0和以频段功率百分比逐渐增加，总功率增加。

Results There were significant difference of autopathy between CV and SPF rats, detection rate was 94%,42.5% in livers,60%, 22.5% in kidneys,32.5%,5% in hearts and hyperplasia percentage in the lymphoid tissue around the bronchial tubes of lungs was 92.31% and 62.5% respectively; There were small focus infection and abnormal tissue changes in SPF rats.

结果普通级与SPF级大鼠均检出自发性感染性病变，且存在较大差异，检出率分别为肝94%、42.5%，肾55%、20%，心22.5%、5%，肺支气管旁淋巴组织增生程度92.31%、62.5%。SPF级大鼠依然存在比较轻微的小灶性感染和非正常组织形态改变。

(1)Both the liver regeneration and apoptosis are influenced by conspicuous bilirubinemia, hepatectomy and hepatic artery resection in rats after obstructive jaundice, especially by the liver resection volume and conspicuous bilirubinemia.(2) Under the condition of conspicuous bilirubinemia, the influence of 70% PH with HAR on liver regeneration and apoptosis is severer than its counterpart of 42% in the rats.
