Objective To conduct Pharmacodynamics research of Qianliean pellet and provide the basis for the clinical medication. Methods (1) The influence on the rats with non-bacterial prostatitis of 1.5% carrageenin. Rats were divided randomly into the normal control group, the model control group, the Qianliean low-dose group (1.5 g/kg), mid-dose group (3.0 g/kg), high-dose group (6.0 g/kg), with 10 rats in each group. All groups were treated continuously for 7 days, once a day. The model control group was given distilled water, 30mins after the last medication, injects 1.5% carrageenin 0.05ml in each rat's prostate, after 24hs, behead execute the rats and record the white blood cell number and Lecithin density.

方法(1)对1.5%角叉菜胶致大鼠非细菌性前列腺炎的影响：将大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、前列安颗粒小剂量组（1.5 g/kg）、前列安颗粒中剂量组（3.0 g/kg）、前列安颗粒大剂量组（6.0 g/kg）及阳性药前列舒乐颗粒组（2.4 g/kg）6组，每组10只，各给药组大鼠连续灌胃给药7日，每日1次，模型对照组给予等容量蒸馏水，末次给药后30 min，在每鼠前列腺内注入1.5%角叉菜胶0.05 mL，24 h后断头处死大鼠，取致炎前列腺组织，镜下记录白细胞数和卵磷脂小体密度。

Results Punctiform erosion, hemorrhage were observed by nake eyes in each groups. Epithelium cellular necrosis, defluxion, neutrophil being dominant in propria lamina and intact glandular were observed with microscopy. The erosion became severe with the successive stimulate of ethanol. There is no difference between distillate spirit and sodium chloride rats in Guth in 7th day, but Guth in distillate spirit rats was higher than that in sodium chloride rats in 30th day. PGE2, TGF-α contents in gastric mucosa of treated group increased significangly compared with control group. PGE2 showed no difference between each group in 7th and 30th day; TGF-α in gastric mucosa of distillate spirit and sodium chloride rats decreased after 1 month.

Methods 64 SD male rats were fed a normal diet for one week then they were randomly divided into two groups ,one was normal group（which were 12 rats）fed normal diet, the other , which were 52 rats fed high fatty diet for 12 weeks. At the end of 13th week, 2 rats from fed normal diet group and 8 rats from fed high fat diet group were scarified to test fatty liver model .

Results:(1) The rats produced amphetamine CPP after treated with 2 mgkg^(-1) amphetamine for 4 days. Ketamine and low, middle, high dose rhynchophylline all could eliminate the CPP effect, and the effect of rhychophylline was increased in a dose-dependent manner. Rhychophylline itself could not induce CPP in normal rats.(2) When compared with normal rats, the NR2B expression in nucleus accubens and amygdaloid of the model rats was obviously increased. Ketamine and middle, high dose rhynchophylline could decrease NR2B expression induced by amphetamine, while low dose rhynchophylline did not affect NR2B expression. Rhynchophylline had no effect on RN2B expression in normal rats.

Methods Ten mature Wistar rats were divided into normal control group (5 rats) and adenovirus (E1, E3-Deleted and carried math1 and enhanced green fluorescent protein report gene, Ad-Math1-EGFP) scala vestibuli transfer group (5 rats). Results All animals' morphologic observation showed that inner ear hair cells were normal after transfer.
