甘肃鼢鼠隶属啮齿目，鼢鼠亚科，鼢鼠属，是我国黄土高原特有地下鼠，由于终生营地下洞穴生活，使得甘肃鼢鼠发展出良好的低氧耐受保护机制，本研究以甘肃鼢鼠和SD大白鼠(Sprague-Dawley)为对象，进行低氧耐受实验，探寻甘肃鼢鼠的低氧耐受极限，比较二者低氧耐受的差异；以及低氧耐受不同时程，二者心肌组织显微和超微结构的变化差异；比较分析左心室组织中HSP70的表达变化和心肌耐受过程中组织结构变化的相关性。

The inducible nitric oxide synthase is obviously expressed in speen of rats under the predator stress, suggesting important function for iNOS in speen physiology. However, the expression and subcellular localization for NOS in speen development and differentiation are largely unknown. In the present study, the changes in iNOS activity in spleen of rats under predator stress were studied to explore the role of iNOS in the decreased immunoactivity of the stressed rats. The changes in iNOS were observed with immunobistochemical method, and the contents of NOS and NO in spleen with biochemical method.

目的：观察大豆异黄酮对更年期雌性sd大鼠抗氧化作用及学习记忆的影响。方法：选用健康更年期雌性sd大鼠，随机分成空白对照组和低、中、高剂量4组。空白对照组给予蒸馏水，实验组每日分别灌服42、83、249 mg/kg剂量的大豆异黄酮，连续60d。第60d取血测定血清过氧化脂质丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶活力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力，用跳台实验方法测定大鼠学习记忆能力。结果：与空白对照组比较，中、高剂量组大鼠血清mda含量显著降低，低、中、高剂量组血清sod活力明显升高，中、高剂量组血清gsh-px活力明显升高。结论：大豆异黄酮具有明显的抗氧化作用，并有效提高更年期雌性sd大鼠的学习记忆能力。

In the experimental study section, the rats were divided into four groups, including the normal control, the model, the Piracetam, the QPC, and copied to AD model. Methods Male SD rats were divided randomly into 2 groups, and one group was treated with ginseng preparation, the other with cool boiled water. The rats were put into heat chamber with Td of 40～41℃ and Tw of 35～36℃ and kept there until death.
