ELISA method was used for comparison. Results The positive rate of DIGFA in testing the serum from 50 infected rats was 96.0%(48/50). The negative rate of DIGFA in healthy rats was 100%(50/50). Cross reaction with Enteroclysis (13 samples) and Tapeworm (11 sqamples) was not observed. The cross reaction rate in 18 Strongyloidiasis rats was 5.6%. The sensitivity and specificity of DIGFA is comparable with ELISA (96.7%).

Methods Rats were randomly divided into several groups. One group of rats received gambogic acid solution containing 0.5% CMC-Na 2 mgmL^(-1, once per day orally for six days. At the same time, the rats in the other group received 0.5% CMC-Na solution serving as blank control group. 方法］健康雌性sd大鼠90只，体重230～280g。随机分为3组，分别为治疗组、对照组和空白组，每组30只。分别采取切除双侧卵巢方法进行骨质疏松造模，10周造模成功后，开始给药，治疗组用自拟强骨饮灌胃，每日一次，每次1ml/g，对照组用密盖息，皮下注射，每日1次，每次0.72u/kg。空白组，不做处理。在给药后3、4.5、6个月每组各取10只大鼠进行检测，先测量体重，空气栓塞处死，分离股骨颈，获得股骨颈样本，经切片等处理后，显微镜下作骨形态计量学检测。
