When electric fusion method was used for nuclear transfer, the fusion rate (46. 0%), cleavage rate (53. 9%) and blastocyte development rate (10.9%) of adult ear fibroblasts were significantly lower than that of fetal fibroblasts (64. 5%, 70.1%, 21. 6% respectively), fetal skin cells (71. 5%, 70.8%, 22. 1% respectively) and ovary granulosa cells (88. 2%, 79. 1%, 25. 5% respectively). Results 114 cases were follow-up surveyed from 6 months to 10 years, After operation,the superior rate and residual stone rate were respectively: it was 67.57%、54.05% in the group of choledocholithotomy with T-tube drainage ,78.38%、32.43% in cholangiojejunostomy with T-tube drainage , 96.15%、7.69% in lobectomy of liver, 85.71%、14.29% in plastic repair of hepatic portle duct with cholangiojejunostomy. The total superior rate was 79.82% and total residual stone rate was 31.58%.

In order to decrease the error rate of speech recognition, speaker adaptation techniques are often used to adjust speaker-dependent acoustic models. MLLR (Maximum Likelihood Linear Regression) and MAP are two of the most popular techniques in recent years. MLLR uses the technique of regression trees. It calculates the transform matrix for each leaf node of the tree. This makes it possible to use fewer sentences to decrease the error rate of HMM-based speech recognition. However, while we examined the recognition result, we found that although the overall error rate decreased, but the error rate of certain confusable phones was higher. In order to solve this problem, we propose the use MPE (Minimum Phone Error Discriminative Training) to solve this problem.
