The test results showed that when the cycle water flow was 65m^3/h and the oxygen flow was 1, 2,……, 10L/min, the relationship between the dissolved oxygen and oxygen flow in the water was y=0.1009χ^2+0.0594χ+5.9588 (r=0.9927). According to the mass balance principle, the maximum oxygen utilization rate of oxygen cone was calculated at 84.56%. Under the condition of the maximum oxygen utilization rate of oxygen cone, according to the rate of Nile tilapia oxygen consumption, the number of oxygen cone was projected in industrialized fish farming system. It provided the basis for oxygen supply system design in industrialized fish farming system.

XRD and EDS analysis indicate that at static condition, the composition of the scale is CO3, while the scale changes to CO3 at dynamic conditions. The increment in flow rate increased the thickness of the scale remarkably, but had little influence on the hardness and Young's modulus of the scale. The fracture toughness of the scale exhibited the lowest value at the flow rate of 0.5 m/s whereas the adhesion strength increased with increasing the flow rate.

The waste combustion in the waste bed and the impacts of the waste burning efficiency are complex. In order to solve this problem, the method of numerical simulation has been adopted to simulate waste combustion, and calculate the mass loss rate, moisture evaporation, volatile release, char burning rate. Used the total flow rate of primary air between 50～1 000 Nm3/min to calculate the mass loss, excess air coefficient of waste bed, components of the gas. Calculated results show that the burning efficiency is higher when the total flow rate of primary air is at 517.47～632.09 Nm3/min .

针对垃圾焚烧炉床层内垃圾燃烧过程复杂性及影响垃圾燃烧效率因素多的问题，运用数值仿真方法对某垃圾焚烧炉床层垃圾燃烧进行了模拟，获得了垃圾质量流失速率、水分蒸发速率、挥发分释放速率、焦炭燃烧速率和烟气的温度；并在50～1 000 Nm3/min范围内改变一次风流量，获得了床层质量流失比值、过剩空气系数和烟气中各组分的质量百分比含量。

RESULTS A eukaryotic expression system for high expression humanmutantCD59 were successfully set up : The recombinant PALTER-MAX plasmid containing human mutantCD59 cDNA and PCDNA plasmid were co-transfected into CHO cell by cation lipoid mediating method ;and the cells were grown in F12 medium containing 400ug/ml G418 for 14 days, positive clones were grown in RPMI1640 medium to get stable expressing cell lines . Highly expressing clones were selected by flow cytometry ,and were named PALTER-CD59-CHO1PALTER-CD59-CHO2 . Flow cytometry indicated that expression rates of PALTER-CD59-CHO1 and PALTER-CD59-CHO2 were 53.7%and 54.5%. Further more, Stable highly expressing CHO cell lines were more detected by immunocytochemistry and immunofluorescence technology . PALTER-CD59 -CHO1 and PALTER-CD59-CHO2 were grown in RPMI1640 to get a large of cells . CD59 protein were obtained by spalling PALTER- CD59- CHO1 and PALTER - CD59 - CHO2 cells . Stable highly expressing cells were further validated by SDS-PAGE, immunoblot analysis and solid enzyme immunoassay . PALTER - CD59 - CHO1 and PALTER - CD59 - CHO2 were glycated in RPMI1640 of 50mM ribose for 72 hours .BCECF releasing test indicted that the releasing rate of PALTER-CD59-CHO1 or PALTER-CD59-CHO2 was less high than PALTER-CHO ,and the releasing rate of glycated PALTER-CD59 -CHOI or PALTER-CD59-CHO2 was higher than unglycated ones . PALTER -CD59-CHO1 and PALTER -CD59 -CHO2 were glycated in RPMI1640 of 50mM ribose for 72 hours .BCECF releasing test indicted that the releasing rate of PALTER - CD59 - CHOI or PALTER - CD59 - CHO2 was less high than PALTER-CHO ,and the releasing rate of glycated PALTER-CD59-CHO1 or PALTER - CD5 9-CHO2 was higher than unglycated ones .

The experiment acquired pressure distribution and circulating rate under three fluidizing velocity (3.5m/s、4.5m/s、5.5m/s) and different media load. An experimental equation was acquired between circulating rate and the distribution of the pressure. And the relation between the circulating rate and the opening rate of the valve connecting the returner and the EHE was carefully discussed as well as the relation between the pressure of the EHE and the flow rate of the fluidizing air.

The result of immobilization showed that hydrophile membranes were more advantageous than hydrophobe ones to act as immobilization carrier. Crosslinking organophosphorus hydrolase by glutaraldehyde on polyethersulfone membrane is a simple and practical immobilization method. An appropriate amount of bovine serum albumin and crosslinker is necessary to get a good result of immobilization. In the biodegradation of methyl-parathion through enzyme membrane reactor, the effect of immobilized enzyme amount, flow rate of peristaltic pump, pH of the feed, and the methyl-parathion concentration on biodegradation rate was studied. It was shown that the biodegradation rate increased with immobilized enzyme amount and substrate concentration. Biodegradation rate didn't increase when the folw rate of the peristaltic pump was larger than 7 ml/min.
